People say it can be hard to get in so it might be a good idea to come on the earlier side if you really don't want to miss it. They have a DJ and a small dance floor, and an additional bar upstairs. I remember thinking the music was ok, at least after a couple of Hendric's... This place is worth checking out if you are out in Chamonix, however, I'm not sure it's worth it if you have to pay to get in. The regular sport bars may be fun enough!

We decided ok fine we'll just order a pizza but noticed the tables around us being served pasta dishes. I asked a French couple next to us and they translated for us and we all found out the French were given a totally different menu from us with more choices. Not impressed by that in the least. I might be a foreigner but I am a most respectful guest and was annoyed by this. The French couple helped us order spaghetti bolognese which was ok but ever so nice of them. Would not return here.

The wine we were recommended was fantastic and reasonable. Around 20 Euro. We had to have a second bottle. The pizza was on the most tasty doughs I have ever had. My favorite was the mozzarella, tomato and arugula pizza. My husband and son loved the spicy pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, and peppers pizza. Cannot recall the name but that is what was on it. The sizes of the pizzas were generous as well. Wish that we are there again the next night. Had a bad experience the next night for almost twice the cost. I will leave my first trip to Europe with this restaurant as one of the highlights!

With wholesome Italian food such as bruschettas, pastas and flatbreads, there is plenty to choose from to fill you up after a day on the slopes. It's also very reasonably priced, which is a most welcome change to the generally vastly over-inflated prices in Chamonix. Service was excellent - quick and friendly, and our food was delicious. Also - highly unusual for cheese-obsessed France, Green Soft Bar understand vegans and there are vegan items clearly marked on their menu. We both had a garlic bread to start with, and it was beautiful bread, drizzled with olive oil and rubbed with fresh garlic, then I had a pasta with vegetable sauce for my main course. It was so refreshing to get a healthy meal with proper vegetables. I was very happy! Simon H had a carbonara - and how the owner laughed at Simon's very non-vegan selection - it really seemed to tickle him! We noticed that our pasta dishes were cooked in their pizza oven, so they were piping hot without any need for nasty microwaves. I noticed that they also do smoothies (although I think they were yoghurt based), and we had some lovely wine with our meal (again surprisingly reasonably priced). This was the only restaurant that I manged to find in Chamonix that had established vegan options, and I would happily return. Hopefully the rest of Chamonix may catch on at some point....
