In retrospect I can't help but think they should have shaped my trees rather than merely topped them. Without their buckets they couldn't reach the long branches in the middle range of the trees. Further, their equipment its very lawn and yard unfriendly. They left huge gouges everywhere and I needed to power wash my driveway and deck after they left to remove large quantities of dirt and spilled oil.

We received a call in December and January, when the weather was snowy and rainy. They wanted to come out and the woman said, "As long as it is not wet, we can do the work." It had rained and snow all day! On top of that, she did not know my name! Since then, I have heard nothing and have tried numerous times to contact them and either get my deposit back or at least get some wood chips (my original request). I have received no reply to email, calls and text. After over a year, I've had it. Don't use them! There are plenty of good tree services in the area and they are not one of them!
