They're asking thoughtful questions along the way to ensure it's tailored to my business and services. While the process is taking time, I understand that's because they're committed to getting it right. A rushed job would be easy, but I'm focused on quality. This threw me off a bit Im not going to lie. Just thankful that I had a little bit of power on the internet making a company do the right thing. I checked my credit this morning and the negative factors have finally been removed. Thank you ****UPDATED****Even though they did help me win my case they did not pay all of my medical bills. I was actually placed into collections and my credit score was impacted greatly in a negative way. I asked them to take care of it since it was their fault not paying it and my request was refused.
