I have brought my car here two times so far: once to have the remnants of a spill cleaned out from my perforated leather seats, and another time to fix an imperfection after a repaint, which the body shop couldn't fix after 3 tries. Yo Dallas!!! Do not sleep on this team of professionals!! I came in town today from San Antonio and knew I would need a wash. I searched Yelp near my hotel and they came up. So I gave them a call yesterday before leaving and was set up with options and an appt. I had a little trouble finding it as it's in one of the garages at the galleria but a quick phone call resolved that. The owner was very professional and kept me updated in when he started and promptly when it was done. And it came out gleaming!!!! Such a good job. I love my car (2003 Honda S2000), but did not give her the TLC she needed on the outside that she deserved. Years of no real washing and sitting outside oxidized the exterior of my car and made the paint flat and faded. I wanted to save the paint before any damage was irreversible. Maybe it was already, I didn't know for sure. I had contacted another company that was highly recommended for their paint correction and liquid ceramic work. I took my car to them but they thought I was better off getting a new paint job and declined the job. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed but decided not to give up and searched online a little more. I then stumbled upon Trey at Sparkle & Shine. Reading his reviews and examining the photos/videos on his Instagram got me excited. Perhaps he could help me out. I gave Trey a call and let him know about the poor exterior condition of my car. He welcomed me to bring it in to take a closer look. When I did he gave it a spot test and the results were very promising. He felt the paint could be saved but would be a lot of work. I really appreciated him talking straight with me about all the options I could go with. I decided to go for it and I was incredibly happy with the results. I went for a multi-stage paint correction and 5 year liquid ceramic pro coating. My headlights which were yellow and cloudy were also restored perfectly. It's almost like a brand new car. I couldn't believe this was the original paint that was hiding under years of built up grime and gunk. She truly looks as good outside as she is good to drive. I have a big smile every day now as I walk up to my car. It's just such a dramatic difference. I should have done this a long time ago. This review would've been 5 stars, however I felt very uncomfortable when asked how much I paid for my car and why I obviously settled for such a horrible car. The 3 stars are for the quality of the work and professionalism put forth by my service technician, Lamar (please forgive me if I'm spelling that wrong). My car was spotless when it was returned to me and I am certainly appreciative of the actual work. Now, for the owner, Tre. I requested a quote for the ceramic pro service for my recently purchased PRE-OWNED 2016 vehicle. Tre gave me the price for the service, and advised that the car would also need a level 2 paint correction service to remove the swirl marks. I understood that. I told him that I knew that would be required as I'd seen them myself. No surprise there. Then he tells me that my bumper had been repainted and is a darker shade of gray than the rest of the car. Again, no surprise. I advised him that I'm aware of that as well and that info was disclosed to me by the dealership at the time of purchase. The difference is unnoticeable in natural lighting and I loved the gray color. Tre, the owner, then looks at me and asks, "How much did you pay for it?" TF?????? REALLY?????? Exactly what does that have to do with a quote for ceramic pro service???? I replied "Enough." Then he tells me that I settled for the car since the bumper had been repainted. At this point, I'm offended and in shock that THE OWNER is standing in front of me, THE CUSTOMER, making these insulting, arrogant statements. I let him know AGAIN that although my car only had 30k miles on it, it's still a 5 yr old car and I wasn't expecting perfection. The dealership was very transparent with me and the independent inspector I hired let me know as well. I asked for a quote, Tre, not your opinion on how I spend my money. I was actually about to book the ceramic pro service, the monthly wash plan, and schedule washes for my other 2 cars. However, after that exchange, I really couldn't even focus on anything else he was saying. In my mind, I had already took my business elsewhere. Yes, Tre. Im a WOMAN who earns a very nice salary, and owns 3 luxury cars which I selected and paid for with MY money. The how, when, where, and why is none of your business. I didn't solicit your opinion of my vehicle selection or purchase. And FYI, I built my own house too. I bet you'd say I picked the wrong brick or something.... Again, thank you LAMAR. I called Sparkle and Shine to wash three vehicles. They were very professional, detail oriented, and delivered a high quality wash right to my door. No more waiting in run down washes, with the cheapest equipment and overly used rags for me. As an amateur detail artist/ prosumer my self. I judge them on their knowledge, methods, and techniques, and feel like they not only talk the talk, but can walk it to. I felt comfortable leaving my Audi A7 & A8 as well as my Lexus RC 350 knowing they are as particular about cars as I am my self. Trey worked with me to setup an appointment for my parents as a present while I was out of town. He was patient when they didn't open the door for him in the first 15 minutes of the appointment. He evaluated the cars fairly and gave his recommended approach to cleaning the vehicles. We ended up not following through with the extra services due to time constraints but my parents were very pleased with the results of the two basic packages. We've had professional detailing before but this was a higher quality. If we had more time I would've gone with the seat conditioning and rug shampoo as well. read more

I had a bad detail experience, a car wash waxed my car and burned the top coat off of my vehicle which left swirl marks in my car. I called Trey he came to my job looked at my car and gave me different solutions to take care of the situation. It took him approximately three days to reverse the damage that was done to my car.
