I was going to leave 5 stars because I was really happy with the way my nails turned out, but 2 days later my expensive nails went to hell! The diamonds fell off and they're all chipped! Not sure what they used in my nails, but I'm not happy at all

I came in at the last minute to soak nails off, upon removing them I was told whomever did my nails didn't do them correct and I had water soaking in my nails and some nails had green spots. I was advised to wait a week or so before redo them so the nails can adjust. I was in and out in 15 min appreciated the time to educate.

STAY AWAY if you're used to QUALITY pedicures!! Or at least don't go with Lewis... My first time here was a bit of a wait even after making an appointment, but the lady that did my dip did a great job so for that, the one star is deserving. Came back again today for a pedicure. I asked for the deluxe pedi which is supposed to include massage , scrub, and paraffin among all the basics. The nail tech, Lewis, started off decent until I realized, right before he was about to start polishing, there was still a LOT of dead skin left around my cuticles. I work on my feet so I do get a lot of dead skin build up which is why I always choose the more expensive pedicure to ensure quality work as it is a very tedious task. He said he couldn't remove it because it was too much! What???????!!! I told him yes, I know that, which is why I'm willing to pay $75 for a pedicure... He copped an attitude, got up and walked away. Mumbled some crap under his breathe like he was done with me. Super unprofessional!!!! Finally, a nice woman came over and took care of me. Finished up my pedi to my liking which alleviated most of the situation. But then, when I went up to pay, the man that handles the front desk (idk his name) was really about to charge me for the deluxe! I NEVER received the paraffin or massage and the scrub and mask Lewis did was so half-assed!! I told him that I'm only paying for a gel pedi with the $5 French add-on which should equal out to $40!! Then he said the gel pedi alone costs $45 which it clearly states on the website that it's $35!! He also charged me an additional $5 for the box of the foot mask/scrub which Lewis only left on my legs for a max of 1 minute! Terrible!! I ended up paying $55 total after everything and still gave the nice woman a $5 tip since she was very helpful and kind. Definitely won't be coming back. VERY deceitful with pricing. If you go, just double check the prices on their website bc they charge MORE once your there!

They did a great job on my dip with tips manicure! They're the perfect coffin shape and not too thick at all. And colors colors colors! They have a ton to choose from! They offer a bunch of other services too. I'll definitely be back. Honestly I neglected to check out their disinfection processes, which is usually my #1 go to. They use disposable liners in the princess chairs. I don't recall seeing anyone clean them while i was there but i also didn't see one used twice because they have several. It was early and i was one of the first clients and still half asleep. I'm sure they abide by State laws, it's a very nice and clean salon.

Update 7-9-19 Chipped nail color. 3 weeks after appointment. Dip powder usually lasts me 5 weeks without chipping. I wont be back. I I messaged the salons on 6/17 wondering about an appointment for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. I was told I could come in 6/18 at 9:30am and I did just that. When I walk in, there was another woman checking in and within 2 minutes, 2 more women went inside. One woman had an appointment. There was only 1 nail tech at the shop who was visible. I finally started getting my nails worked on at about 9:45am. Someone else did my pedicure and I was out by 11:15am. My cuticles weren't really removed as I requested on my hands, but some were removed. My pedicure was on point and all my dead skin felt as though they were removed. After I left I noticed, I had 2 cuts on my fingers and some of the dip powder was left on my fingers. There was also polish left on my toes. But even with these little imperfections I will be back.

Updated review: I am completely amazed at my mani/pedicure! I'm attaching photos of them THREE WEEKS AFTER. No chips, no flaking. You can see my nails have grown but aside from that, they're perfect. I've traveled, cooked, cleaned, washed dishes and they're still looking good! I stopped in Sunday afternoon (about 3:30) for a gel mani and regular pedicure; i didn't have an appointment. I had about 6 people in front of me. The staff, which was only working with about half their crew, was very nice, periodically thanking everyone for their patience. Lila, who is very sweet, did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. Angie, equally as sweet, followed up with my manicure and did a great job. The salon is very clean, and the staff is friendly and conscientious of their customers. The price for both a gel mani and regular pedicure is $48. I will definitely return!

I think I've found my new spot to get my nails done! I was immediately greeted upon entering. The place was also very clean. I waited only a few minutes to be taken. Kelly was my technician and was very professional and easy to talk to. I'm normally the type to be quiet and watch with minimal conversation but I found myself talking to her as if I've known her for a while. I used to go to another nail salon but they never kept my appointments with the same person I requested and the last time I went I decided it would definitely be my last there. I'm hoping to stay with this salon.

The salon needs some customer service skills. Walked in 45 minutes before closing and they were in debate about whether or not someone should service me. I called prior to walking in and the woman told me I would be seen. The lady who did my pedi was debating that the deal was she had her last client. Nonetheless, she still serviced me and was pleasant. I just don't appreciate feeling unwelcome when I am spending my money for a service. They apologized and were pleasant after this confusion took place. read more

I ran across this place because I was going to the nail salon around the corner but my nails kept breaking! Everything kept saying the place was under new management so considering I have a Friday off what better time to come try a new place? Cute decor! It's tucked away in the plaza where the gas station is so be careful not to miss it! I apparently came at the best time because I was the only one there. No problem with that! My nail tech was a guy who was very knowledgeable about the products there which I can tell are pretty good quality! Only thing is nothing beats a massage chair with your pedicure and they only have regular seats for pedicure! All in all I'd go back for sure. But the people there are nice and the salon is clean. read more

Called on Sunday and spoke to a very nice women who informed me that they wouldn't be taking nail appointments, but assured me that If I came by 4, I could get a dip and pedicure NO PROBLEM. I waked in at 3:30 and was (don't want to say greeted) noticed by the man closest to the front desk where you sign in. No hello, no hi, When I asked him if he wanted to sign in, he scoffed at me and said WHAT DO YOU NEED? When I told him, he's like "well you can wait, but we might not even get to you, you can come back tomorrow" I told him I would not be able to come back tomorrow and said thank you and left. Considering this is the closest nail salon to my house, what a disappointment. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY! I wish the nice women who answered the phone when I called was the one at the front desk cause the man was just beyond RUDE! NEVER COMING BACK! How you treat people says a lot about a business! Thanks but NO THANKS! read more

Excellent experience. I just walked in on a Saturday and had to wait a bit because the place was super busy. I had the mani nail dip and a regular pedi. It was done fast and looked great even though my nails were super short. I will definitely be back. read more

Do not go here. No one there knows how to do acrylics or dip nails! The lady that did my feet gave me an infection when I had a pedicure there. 2 days after the pedicure I had WARTS on my feet! I have never had any type of warts before! I went to a dermatologist and I was told that unsanitary pedicure tools were likely the culprit !!! Disgusting! Shut this place down! I'm contacting the Florida Health Dept to file a complaint ! Not to mention, The customer service is dreadful! the workers are rude and unprofessional!! horrible nail spot ! stay away! JACKED UP NAILS and an infection! There are too many better nail salons to go to in Miramar. read more

This nail salon is such a great find! The place was busy but I can understand why! The workers were super friendly and attentive to their work. Absolutely love this salon! I live in Weston and don't mind making the little trip to this salon. You can truly tell that the employee care about their clients and care to all their needs. I had to go out of town today, and called if I can come in around 7:20pm. Even though they were busy, they tried their best to accommodate me and fit me in. I recommend always calling beforehand to make sure they can fit you in as they might be too book to fit in a last minute appointment. Even though I was the last one in the salon, the male nail tech took his time to make sure the job was done right. I am absolutely obsessed with my nails and will be returning in a few weeks for my birthday! Thank you!!!! :))) read more

The best nail salon!! I sadly moved out of the area and had to find a new salon but I went to Sparkle nails for over a year and was blown away! The owner Jay is super nice and always did the best dip manicures! He used a gel top coat that would make my nails last 4 weeks and not get discolored or stained. He also did an amazing job giving me almond shape for my nails. If I didn't move so far away I would still be going here! read more

This place is amazing!!! Firstly, if ur coming to a nail salon, don't get mad they're a bit behind... As long as they do quality work and these people do. They are amazing. Customer service is great. Their work is impeccable, that's why they are busy and u may have to wait a little longer.. and it's worth it. Nothing or no one compares to them. Stop giving companies one star cus you had to wait. Most likely, you waited cus the appointment before you was late. Anyway, I've gotten mani/pedis literally everywhere and nothing compares to Jay's work. read more

So this post is LONG overdue, I love Sparkle Nails! First of all, I've been coming here probably since October & I've never found a nail salon where I feel like, "wow I'm gonna keep coming back!" Until I found them. All of the staff are wonderful, they're genuinely nice friendly people. I don't really book an appointment unless I'm going on the weekend. I always do my nails with Amy, which she's awesome. Very friendly, asks what your needs are & makes sure you're satisfied. The owners are cool people, it's a couple, and they're very down to earth people, not trying to be overpriced at all. It's decent prices. They're very nice, and actually recognize people, not just me when I come in, but also I can see they know all of their customers AND they care. The customer service or organization needs work. How can you make an appointment for 1pm and at 1:45 you are not seen and they are taking walk-ins? I'll drive further for the service if my local business wont respect my time. Sitting waiting I heard other patrons complaining about the same thing. Excuse my lil baby nails....I recently stopped biting my nails and this is very long for me anyway, Jay is amazing! He's super sweet and you can tell takes a lot of pride in his work! After searching for a GOOD nail salon in the area (new to Florida) I found the BEST PLACE EVER HERE! I'm big when it comes to my nails and am very specific about them looking as thin and natural as possible (I always do acrylic nails with gel) and sparkle nails has technicians who do just that. I have gotten my nails done here for the past couple months and have found that they can accommodate any of my nail requests. Whether I wanna do a simple design on just one nail or go all out with designs and different finishes on each nail I never leave disappointed. MUST TRY! read more

Found my forever nail spot ! Finally a place that has it all. Customer service was amazing from the moment you walk in. The place is very cute and clean. I was un decisive on a color (as usual) and they took the time to help me make a decision. I got dip and aand asked for a small purple heart and they gladly did it even though i asked last minute and was the last person there so they were all ready to close up and be done for the day. I have been here twice for two different services. First was a pedicure and dip manicure and second was for an eyebrow and lip wax. They have been SO friendly and accommodating. Always worried about YOUR needs/ wants. They do the dip powder here great, and the prices are just right! Someone needs to do something about Tee the manager's attitude. Horrible customer service. Don't even know where to start. Extremely rude to customer and workers. Always mad. Talks bad about clients in front of other clients. I've heard so many complains since she got there. The salon is great just not Tee. I have been a client for years there but won't be going back. read more

I came by today as a first timer and will definitely be returning! I had a nail place that I was a regular at but they left me with so many cuts on my cuticles the last time I went that I decided to look for another place. I saw Sparkle nails had great reviews so I came by today as a walk-in and I'm so glad I did. Angie did my dip powder set (they have soo many color options btw) and i love them so much! She took her time and was very careful not to hurt my cuticles, even tho they were very busy. She even offered me coffee, I kindly declined, but I thought that was nice gesture! My sister got a pedicure here and loved how it came out as well. Definitely worth giving this place a try! read more

So glad I made the trip here! I've been looking for a new place to get dip nails done without success...until now. Very friendly and professional, they truly believe in customer service and want to be certain you leave happy. I wear my nails short for work and they took the time to explain to me why different techniques are used for shorter nails, which no one has ever done. 1st time getting Nexgen nails. 1st time coming here. Came as a walk in and there was no wait Friday afternoon. The 2 workers were very nice in explaining the diff btwn nextgen and gel manicures. I HATED my nails when I left this salon. They charged me more than I would be charged at another salon I've gone to for a much better job. I called the manager when I left and he said he'd fix my toes first the next business day. My second visit, the manager decided to seat me at the manicure station instead of seating me at an empty pedicure station so my leg was uncomfortably propped up on his knee the entire time. He successfully smoothed out the ridges on my big toes but filed my left toe nail crooked and messed up the nail next to it. He repainted that nail but never cleaned up the sides. HORRIBLE, UNSANITARY NAIL SHACK. I got an infection from their dirty tools! JI would never recommend this place to anyone. Stopped here to get my nails done and I regret it ! The employees are all rude, and seem untrained in the art of a simple manicure or dip. I walk in and a woman ( who looks like a skinny underfed dude- she was clearly a woman though) I think his name was Tea .... well this he/she was in the front "acting" like a manager but doesn't know how to greet customers or even answer a phone. everyone is rude and there is no masks, no sanitary environment just very filthy. I got a pedicure and I came home to find a cut and now an INFECTION from there dirty tools. bot to mention a crappy dip job!!!! here is a tip: 1) learn how to respect customers, here in America we appreciate customers who keep businesses up and running 2) that he/she named Tea, give him some classes on customer service - so rude and clearly uneducated with no class 3) clean your tools !!!!!! never go to this place unless you want an infection and rude service read more
