The one thing that was confusing for me is it's location and then not knowing someone wouldn't be at the desk so they keep the door locked until your appointment time. After I asking from Porto along that Camino Portuguese this 90 minutes was a well earned reward. My therapist, Esme, knew what she was doing and what backpackers need. My feet feel amazing and she got rid of the knots in my shoulders from my pack straps. After completing my Camino, I went to Quintana for a much needed massage. I had read the excellent reviews and thought it was legitimate. Kilani was my masseuse. When the towel fell off my backside, I tried to replace it. He said don't worry, I see a lot of nude bodies... He eventually tried to get close to massaging areas that are considered quite private. I've had many therapeutic massages in my life, but this one was making me more uptight than relaxed. He repeatedly whispered into my ear...relax, relax...do you like it? I was not happy with this massage and felt he was unprofessional. Sorry to have to write this, but as a woman, I wish somebody had warned me. Buen Camino. read more
