Third, my car is brand new, still with the dealership temp plate, yet they left these awful water runs, soap smears and drips all over the doors and the back. Can't you at least wipe that up? And finally my BRAND NEW stickers that I put on my back window have ALL been cut through. I'm guessing they measured on the outside which is fine, but ended up slashing through EVERY. SINGLE. STICKER. I hope the tint lasts at least

I had the option to send the cap back and wait another eight weeks, or they offered me a small discount to keep the cap, but also have the same warranty. I agreed. Three months after purchase the adhesive holding the window to the handle seperated. I contacted the dealership, sent them photos and they were going to contact ARE. The response was minimal and the final response stated that ARE was sending the parts and that they would send me the tracking number once received. Several weeks later, emails and phone calls go unaddressed. I contacted ARE and they have no record of any parts being shipped. ARE told me to go to another dealer for the warranty work.
