I had a double oven stove delivered today, and for the removal of my old stove. This was smooth, fast and pleasant! I measured every walk way before the delivery and informed them of the most narrow areas before they began the removal and installation. They took my old stove out, installed the new one with a new power cord, turned on everything to make sure it worked etc. No scratches. Hector was very pleasant and professional! I hope when I get matching refrigerator and dishwasher he will be my delivery person! They wore their masks, gloves, and ppe for the removal and installation.

Their poor…read moresystem is to text the receiving person less than 24 hours beforehand without any notice and assign a 4 hour window for the delivery the following day. In order to change it, you have to call a number that frequently is unanswered, then goes to a "full voicemail box" that is unable to accept messages. Then, after several attempts/phonecalls, when you finally reach a live person, they cannot actually schedule a delivery on a specific date ahead of time because they have to make sure to have a "full truck" so can't guarantee a date but that you have to just wait to receive a text the day before. This makes it impossible for any person with a job to arrange a delivery. Startup/vendors looking for a delivery/freight company- beware. I have already notified the furniture company where I ordered my couch from and they are aware now that NEHDS has major operational issues.
