Candice said "state determines rate". Called another of the major insurers, their quote significantly less, much less than even previous premium. Called CM SF agency again to ask if they would match or be close. No was answer, period. So switched carrier. When I went to sign cancellation form, not a word like, sorry to lose you as customer after all these years. Only thing asked, "you going to cancel your homeowners today too?" Wow, it was like Candis was hoping I would cancel then and there. Now, I cannot recommend this agency.

Make sure you don't lose your papers at all or work during their hours, they are not willing to help.
