We requested this company to give us an estimate on cleaning up our landscaping. Granted there is a lot to do as it had gotten out of hand. they came out, told us it would take about 5 to 6 hours at $85 an hour since that was within our budget, we told them to go ahead. They were there the first day for about 3 hours; came back the second day and after about 3 hours, my husband went to talk with them to make sure we weren't going to go over our budget. they told us no problem, might be a little over but not by much. They did stay the rest of the day, but having talked with them and been assured of the pricing, we didn't think much about it. Imagine my surprise when a few days later I got a bill for double what we expected. When we objected, they said we had "added to the amount of work"...we absolutely did NOT. Then we were informed it took them three trips to go to the dump and since our home was aways away from the dump, it cost more. WHAT? At no time were we told that going to the dump would be extra. Thought I hired a professional but as noted below, obviously not. Website has a video about the services, but it is all talk. They informed me that they are trying to substantially grow the business and are so concerned with growth that they forgot that they need to service their clientele. Utilizing their lawn cutting services, prepaid for Premium 6 Step Lawn Care Program (fertilization and week control), prepaid for Perimeter Pest Control Program, utilized vole prevention services, and fall core aeration and overseeding. All payments made by credit card on file. Lawn services started out ok, but eventually went downhill. Had to contract them for 2 crushed downspout extensions caused by their ride on mowers. Contacted them when a massive amount of lawn clippings were left in front of the driveway and in the street - I cleaned up. Contacted them after the core aeration when they dragged the core mud all over the driveway, sidewalk, and my neighbor's sidewalk (not a client of theirs) without cleaning it up - I swept it up. Contacted them to stop blowing the clippings from the line trimming into the rock beds, which was making the landscape fabric ineffective. Contacted them about the scalping of the lawn from the line trimmer. A project manager stopped by and pointed out that the lawn was indeed scalped by the line trimmer and advised that they had a new person doing this - this is the first task they are assigned to (I thought I was paying for professionals to maintain my lawn). They also put 2 gouges in the house with the line trimmer (new construction). Called them 11/18/24 about last fertilization / weed control application, which according to their proposal would be applied in October / November. Was informed that they were wrapping it up that week. Called 11/27/24 and was advised that they would try to do it that afternoon or would let me know when (normally an email would be received the day before any service was provided). Called Friday, 12/6/24, to request refund of prepayment for fertilization / weed control services. We had already had several frosts, my lawn was frozen, and the grass dormant (grass was brown). It would be ineffective as the chemical would not be able to reach the roots of the grass. At this point I was told they would let me know how the refund would be processed which they would give as they were trying to do the right thing. I was also informed that I called a lot. Maybe if they properly serviced my lawn and didn't give me a reason to call, there would be no calls. I did this so that they could rectify the matters. My guess is that they did the applications on the pay as you go lawn services and held the prepaid ones until the end since they were already paid for. Monday, 12/9/24, dusting of snow. Tuesday, 12/10/24, dusting of snow and some, not all, meltage. They showed up to do my other neighbor's application, but couldn't as the wet and snowy lawn would clog up the spreader. 12/11/24 called and left a message asking the owner to call me - never called. 12/12/24 called and left a message asking about refund and asked that they call me back. They texted that the refund was being processed it takes time. Not sure why it should take so long to charge back the overpayment to my credit card. 12/17/24 I texted regarding the refund status. They texted back a check was written but do know the status of it sure I will have it shortly. 12/23/24 texted where is the check as it wasn't in today's mail read more

Please look at the other poor reviews. Charles says "shame on you" for complaining. That's because it is a fruitless endeavor. They don't want to listen or hear any complaints. My husband and I signed up for the works and prepaid what we could for the discounts offered. This included lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed and pest control as well as double aeration and overseeding and fall cleanup. We had cheaper options but chose a one-stop shop. When we watched their employee do a crappy once-over of aeration (promoted to be going over our lawn twice) and then he did not apply any over-seed, we complained. Charles was sure there was no mistake and said we would have to wait until spring to prove there was no seed germination. It was pay up and shut up. Then we waited for our fall cleanup. When it was the week of Thanksgiving, we dared to ask when to expect the fall cleanup because they were promoting they had already started Christmas light installation. A short time later Charles showed up on our doorstep to yell at my husband for complaining. I should have called 911 for his threats but was too shocked to act. All we can say is "OH, HELL NO!" They has been mowing our lawn for a few months. He services a few of my neighbors and always does a great job. They show up on the same day each week like clock work. The best part is the communication. I get an email after each service letting us know everything was done. Also, I can see before and after photos online which is cool.
