The service just gets worse year after year, they are prejudice, They used to be the only opticians that do diabetic screening in Banbury yet they make it clear they don't like diabetic people and they presumed because i'm diabetic I must be on benefits lmfao, i'm type 1 which is the type that has nothing to do with weather you keep fit or not, its juvenile onset, plus I am not on any benefits not that it would have been those under educated idiots business if I was infact I make far more than they make judging by how serious they took their job or how little should I say! The bimbo staff which look like scrubs are just walking around talking instead of helping people, fair enough the optician was polite until he found out that I purchased my last pair of glasses from scrivens, why? because the staff are rude so I didn't wan't them to have my business, made the mistake going their again, wont be doing the mistake a third time. I saw them smiling and chatting to a customer, as she turned round the mutton dressed as lamb brunette as my gran would have called her turned to another so called staff and slagged her off. Lmao its a shambles the fat manager walks around asking if people are ok if they say no he sends one of the bimbos who are rude to them to help them.
