I was a long term patient and was compliant and on the random drug screen you do , if was told I was positive for fentanly. I lost my thoughts. I've never taken fentanly. Had a Hysterectomy a week before and a psychiatrist appointment who also drug tests me. I've never failed a drug test. She wouldn't let me give blood at my expense, a more advanced urine test. Nothing. She wanted me gone and made that up. I got a notice labcorp has class action law suit. So I logged on to labcorp and the orders to test my urine said " problem requested " ? Then the lab said the sample hadn't been refrigerated and couldn't test. Then " written instructions ". Then the fentanly parent drug was 27 and metabolite was 0. The metabolite norfentanyl is what shows your taking the fentanly. My patient id had changed. I had legit spine problems and no where to go. I don't do illegal drugs. She could have been straight up. I have degenerative disc disease and I haven't been seeing anyone. I lay in the bed every day. I fell 10 days ago and broke my lumbar 1 burst fracture. Has anyone else been accused of false positive? I thought they were nice too until they lied to ky face and wouldn't let me go to hospital for another drug test or do whatever they wanted. They sure charged my insurance alot. Im still pissed off and if I could sue them I would especially seeing the labcorp notes. Sketchy AF. read more

Ive been a patient at Spectrum Pain over 5 years. I have only positive things to say about this clinic. R. Jenkins NP is the best caregiver I've had in my 20+ years of pain management. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing help with their pain. read more

I do not recommend this place. They require you to arrive an hour early for your initial appointment just to complete about 10 minutes of paperwork. After being taken back, you'll wait another hour before actually seeing the doctor. I was told they would contact my previous doctor to obtain my medical records, but they never followed through. My previous provider is the VA in another state, and they require the new doctor's office to request the records directly -- which never happened. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the lack of follow-up and professionalism. I'm currently looking for a new pain management doctor who actually cares about their patients. read more

Spectrum pain clinic was a much better place with Brenda Bailey there. When she left there on her own accord, she was replaced by some really condescending NP's. they treat you as if you're a child. I was there for almost 7 years found another Doctor Who at least tells me what's going on and what or if it can be fixed instead of going through all being screamed at or whatever I was calling a liar and I'm not a liar. but it was enough to make me walk out the doors, I'm so happy I found someone willing to help me. He is a wonderful. doctor and I'm very pleased with everything. e. He's so far done. I'm so pleased that I got the heck out of Spectrum Clinic. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What really blew my mind was that nurse practitioner would sign on her papers doctor instead of her real job as a NP. I have been a patient at Spectrum for 3 years. Rebecca is the nurse practicioner I see. She is great. She is very personable. She listens carefully and is very knowledgeable. I have had my back treated 3 times and it always provides relief. read more

I went to spectrum a few years back when Brenda Bailey was working there. At that time they were the absolute best they chose the correct medicine for me got me a back brace I had the first part of a block done but I got kicked out before I got the second I'm not sure if it was because the joke I told or that the nurse didn't get or if it was my daughter left during that block for about 15 minutes I didn't know she had left till about a year and a half later I'm extremely sorry it was my fault I didn't I didn't make sure she knew. During the time that I went there they gave me my life back it was like I was living in heaven. I want to tell him thank you for the care that they gave me , it was the best and I'm extremely grateful. The only thing I could possibly complain about is I wish I could find Brenda Bailey and I wish he would have referred me to a pain specialist that was at least half as good as he was. read more

I help my wife with her medical issues from driving her to appointments to helping with decisions on her care. Her regular Doctor had moved out of town that had her on opioids for 8 years so she was referred to this clinic worst mistake ever. She has been to two appointments and has had several test run and the test clearly shows she has pain. The first visit I sat in on she was treated like a drug addict and was not given any pain meds until test were returned which was the following month so she went a month of suffering, and withdrawals. I kinda blew off the treatment because it was her first visit. Moving forward second appointment same treatment and a prescription was given for a month supply of pain meds until a facetime visit with another dr. to see if she was eglible for a implanted device to help on leg pain ok no problem. An appoint was set up after that FaceTime visit for the following month again no meds and detox started again. again I took off work to drive her to appointment come to find out they are closed on Fridays, time they set up. I am so finished with these people we are in our mid 60s and should not be going thru all this. I suggest running as fast as possible from these people. read more

I was referred here by my primary care due to having low back & neck pain. I received a bill through email today for over $400. I called and was told that it was for a drug test in 2021 that the insurance didn't pay. My appointment there at that time was with Brenda Bailey. It was a waste of my time and co-pay money. I have severe low back pain and have been dealing with that since 2016. I was referred there because I had seen orthopedic doctors, therapy etc. There were no drugs found in my system, really don't like taking medicine, but I'm tired of feeling debilitating at times. Brenda prescribed me something that I never was able to get because my insurance wanted them to prescribe me something a little milder first. I called Spectrum to advise them, that one of the medications I had taken that a neurologist had prescribed. I was told that Brenda was no longer working there, and they wouldn't be able to go by what she had noted on our visit. I would have to come in make another appointment, pay another co-pay to see Cody. Cody informed me that she was let go because she wasn't following guidelines and prescribing medicine she shouldn't have been. He claimed nothing was notated in my records as to why I needed pain medicine. However, I had been there twice. I had in my possession an MRI CD with images of my back and neck. I didn't understand why I had to go see someone else and get re-evaluated. They did nothing for me but waste my time and the copay money I did pay. Now you want me to pay over $400. I will fight this tooth and nails even if I have to pay a lawyer that money and some. read more
