He explained how the numbering system worked, how to search for complimentary colors to the color chips and also offered advice on how whites would look if they were warm or cool. I wanted to get a sample of a paint mix but due to supply chain issues I had to purchase a quart of it. The associate was helpful with picking a sheen as well since the color I was considering would be for bathroom cabinets. I ended up not loving the paint color for my bathroom cabinets but I will use it as an accent for my built in electric fireplace. Highly recommend this location, everyone is helpful and friendly.

That's the good, unfortunately the soil was so hot i won't be able to plant for who knows how long, but it wont be this season. Over 50 seedlings with no soil to put them in. We were there on an overcast Friday, so they weren't busy. Every employee was masked, said hello, asked if we needed help, and then left us alone when we explained we were just kicking tires. While there are certainly some high end things, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices on some things, like lighting. We found many fixtures that we liked that were in our price range. I'm not sure what more I could ask for in visiting a showroom. I got lots of ideas, as well as an idea of what I can and cannot afford. I left with several catalogues. I was never pressured at all, nor was I made to feel like I was in the way for not being a serious customer, rolling in with dimensions and timelines. Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to the Business Manager who took my info and said she'd look into it. Due to her help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! When I demanded an itemized breakdown, the price dropped to $971, but it included a mandatory 2-hour diagnostic fee ($149/hr). Because I brought the mower in with a clearly diagnosed, isolated issue, a lengthy diagnostic charge was entirely unwarranted. No Rental Support: Despite moving to a massive new facility across the highway, they lacked a rental fleet to support customers while their machines were backlogged in service. After three weeks of zero progress, I am picking up my machine unrepaired to do the work myself, yet I am still being forced to pay for a diagnostic fee I did not authorize. The of customer service here is what really made the difference. When we first brought our painting here and dropped it off we were told it would be apprx 3weeks- that was fine with us. When 3 weeks came and went- we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We stopped by the store at after more than a month to see what the delay was about. It was pretty clear they had forgotten about our painting. Or perhaps just seemed very nonchalant about it as it was way past due. They promised to call us when it would be done and said it would in fact be done in the next few hours. 3 days went by.. still no call or painting.Finally my husband went again to the store and they had it ready but just hasn't had the courtesy to call. There was just no sense of sincerity or care for us as a customer. Regardless, I may not have had any comments about the service if the quality of work had been good. But the icing on top was the painting we had framed came out crooked. Like they didn't even take the time to notice how they lay it in the frame. I would not have noticed how poorly they did if I hadn't recently discovered another local frame shop who actually spent time with us on a recent framing project and saw their work compared to our painting we had framed here.
