Not happy at all with this store, or their paint matching abilities…read more I bought a new home in 2013, and we had a roof leak in 2019 that destroyed my son's bedroom closet. When I bought the house, the builder provided me with a list of all paint codes used -- including the Sherwin-Williams name. So, I took my trusty paint code to Sherwin-Williams -- paint bucket #1 was not even close. Their excuse was that the base paint manufacturer changes paint colors slightly every year. Awesome. Paint bucket #2 was closer, but still not a match. This time, they said it was the sheen -- but it looked like a completely different shade to me. They told me to go home and cut (!!!) a 2-inch square piece of the paint off my wall and bring it to them to match -- I didn't like it, but I did exactly what they asked. Paint bucket #3 was also not a good match -- they said it was the sheen again... this is the only bucket they did not charge me for! Paint bucket #4 looked really good -- until I got it home and actually put it on my walls. It looks like a match from one angle, but not another angle (this seems like a true sheen problem to me). So, after of dealing with Sherwin-Williams for a week, and spending my hard earned money on three (3) different failed matches of paint (about $75 worth of paint I can not use because it is the wrong color or sheen), I finally gave up. I actually went to their store again after failed paint bucket #4 and was told, "My house has different shades and sheens of touch up paint on all the walls." -- as if I was supposed to just accept this! Wow. And yes -- Joshua Grider was there for paint buckets #3 and #4. I spoke directly with him. Still no help!

I later called to ask for a copy of a receipt for the paint I bought and they tried to email it to me 4 times then I asked if they would just print it out and mail it to me and the agreed but one month later I still have not received the copy of the receipt I am hanging on long hold trying to talk about this matter again. I am an older female who hasn't mowed a lawn in decades. I was absolutely clueless and told the store manager as such when I called to share that a battery was missing in the order. He personally delivered the battery and then taught me how to use the tools safely, as well as how/when/why to charge the batteries (yes, it matters). I am so utterly grateful for his kindness that I don't know what to say. These tools would have been useless to me without these lessons. I'll be going back.

The delivery driver was awesome, polite and very helpful. Dumped the soil directly on the tarp i had placed down. That's the good, unfortunately the soil was so hot i won't be able to plant for who knows how long, but it wont be this season. Over 50 seedlings with no soil to put them in. Their solution, buy inexpensive potting soil to top off the ammonia rich soil until it completes its composting cycle. More expense. VERY DISAPPOINTED. VERY!
