The sales person was so helpful. Now this Radioshack is located in a not so busy strip mall, but every small town needs a Radioshack. I don'y get that kinda treatment in NYC. I love the midwest.

Only 1 star because there is nothing lower. They helped us activate our phones then screwed up our…read moreaccount. After they were done our 18 month early upgrades had disappeared. My daughters phone was taken off the installment plan. My wife's watch wouldn't connect up to her phone. We went back a few times over the watch. The last time the guy tried to sell her a new watch (the one she had was free with the trade in of her old one). Then while I was on my way (30 min away) he went to lunch. Went to lunch and left a customer they had been helping standing there. We sat at the table for at least another 30 minutes, while every employee in the place sat on their collective butts and played on their phones. Then my wife had enough and went off having to ask for help. At that point they looked at each other, no one moved and one person finally came forward, reluctantly. She did try to help us but was very rude. While she was helping us the original person my wife talked to, walked back in the store and never gave us a second glance. Never came over to make sure we were being taken care of or anything, just ignored us. Guess he didn't care since he couldn't make a sale anyway. She didn't talk to us casually while we waited for things to happen on the phone and watch, though I tried to make friendly conversation. She seemed very concerned about making sure we gave her a good review though. Do not go to this store. They are lazy and don't want to help customers unless it's a simple, quick fix or they make a sale.
