Two identical batteries in the store claim that is because the battery is boiling over from the heat yet like I said two identical batteries only one post out of four has any corrosion in my mind if it was boiling over from the heat both batteries to do the same thing. Dennis, who I was told was a manager, "advised" me on the WRONG part that he told me to order from Ford which caused me to have to destroy a $120 hub assembly that I bought from AutoZone. When I called to talk to him about the issue in hopes to receive some type of resolve, he showed absolutely no concern that he just ill-advised me. Then, thinking I would get more understanding from the "regional manager", Hank, I contacted him. NOPE! I should've seen the signs before. The culture of that store is NOT friendly nor inviting. They treat you like you're a bother to them. I've spent a lot of my hard earned money with AutoZone and trusted the manager would guide me in the right direction. I see that losing me as a customer is of no concern to them. This is the last straw for me. O'Reilly's is much friendlier and knowledgeable.

I visited the O'Reilly store on Hwy 90 in Bayou Vista, LA and received great service!…read more I was travelling out of town to my In-Laws house and my battery needed to be replaced so I turned to O'Reilly for help. Kelly was a true professional and did a great job ensuring that I received the correct battery for my vehicle. After explaining that I was out of town and didn't have the tools on hand, he offered to help remove and install the new battery. After removing the old battery, we discovered a nasty, gooey, gelatin like substance at the bottom of the battery compartment (from my nasty kids in the backseat where the battery is located in a Chevy Traverse) that had to be cleaned out. I had some paper towels in my car to try and clean it out before we installed the new battery and Kelly grabbed some extra paper towels and some glass cleaner. After the goo was cleaned out, Kelly reinstalled the battery and we were on our way. Kelly was a true pro that you could tell was committed to making sure that we were taken care of. Need more guys like him!

Terrible Sales Service. Explained to salesman we lived 3 1/2 hours away and wanted realistic…read morenumbers on vehicle before we drove down. He gave us good pricing and trade amounts and said he could make the deal and possibly give better deal once trade in was on site. I explained over the course of week that I did not want to make plans and drive so far only to be disappointed, and asked for him to make sure the numbers we discussed were accurate. He assured me it was a deal. After planning the family day, rearranging work schedule, and making the 3+ hour drive. WE WERE ONLY GIVEN 2/3 OF TRADE AMOUNT AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER THE DEALER DISCOUNT THAT WAS GIVEN OVER PHONE. On top of that the specific vehicle we were looking at was not even cleaned and ready...THE "NEW VEHICLE" HAD PET HAIR, COLORING SHEETS AND CRAYONS ALL IN IT (appeared to be a loaner vehicle).

After 60 days, finally got the refunds. Don't wait for the owner to return your call, it's not important enough. I still have not received a call after leaving messages at 2 locations he was suppose to be at. Word of advice, don't purchase a vehicle or extended warranties from this dealership, you will be sorry you did. Won't be going there again. Dodge dealerships are the worst customer service business I have ever seen.

or Customer Service Warning... Morgan City Toyota We…read morebought my daughter's car last August. They forgot to give us her spare key. Told her to go on any Thursday at 5:30 and they would cover the cost to have one made. Also included were free oil changes as long as she owns the vehicle. Fast forward to today, 7 trips to Morgan City, (either the guy didn't show up or was late or was early, always some excuse). Now they won't cover it snce it's over 30 days. We have several texts and various communications after the 30 days but now this is a new rule. Also evidently new ownership so no free oil changes. At the very least a decent person would have let her know about the upcoming ownership change so she could get the key done. Just a warning, you're better off driving a few extra miles than giving those people your business. It's all great when you want to make the sale, but not honoring your word is just aweful Customer Sevice.
