    I came into this location to drop off some equipment since I cancelled my service. I thought it would be pretty fast but I turned out to be wrong.. I walked inside and looked around, there were a few people waiting on the side and about 4 employees talking to customers. I saw a kiosk which said sign in so I did. I then waited for a representative. I was sitting for about 5min when the lady who was waiting next to me told me she had been waiting for about 25min already. The store opened at 10 and it was only 10:30. I was in a queue with 4 other names. I waited about 20min before they finally called my name. I told them I cancelled my service and I just needed to drop the equipment off. He made sure my bill was paid and said you're good to go. I cancelled beginning of February but they still charged me all of February which was a little frustrating.. Anyways, I think they should have more employees on the floor to help more people. Especially if it's something as quick as dropping off equipment..

    Yes. I just visited the store yesterday. It is on the right side strip of retail stores about 1/2 way down as tou head toward the street.

    Spoke to a service rep today (Amanda) There's been an…read moreoutrage all day. She say "and?" I then again ask when will service be restored, there is an outrage. Again, "and?" Service is still not restored, and not sure when. It's an hour and a half past when she told me it would be restored. I haven't had anything bad to say about frontier. It can lag a little sometimes. But this rep was downright rude.

I have literally been trying to get service for two weeks! I work from home so it has been a horrible experience. Once they set it up it was spotty and didn't work at all tech came couldn't fix said they would reach out never did had to call them several times and they set up a tech and he couldn't fix it either then I scheduled one last appt and they never showed!!!!!! Pissed is an understatement what an unprofessional company (I even called the night before and a rep confirmed the appt. Bec I couldn't see it on my app) ...spent an hour on the phone with them today to CANCEL! Kept getting sent to other departments and finally the last person i talked to was polite and took care of everything. Will never trust this company again or Verizon (part of Verizon). Please save urself a headache! Oh and I have to pay a $50 restocking fee...fine whatever (never had service but ok whatever) and ALSO $100 cancelation fee for ending the service before a year! I NEVER HAD SERVICE! Make it make sense. Going to fight it (they wouldn't let me while canceling) bec no bill had been produced yet ...so I'll update u on how that goes.

    I like Spectrum! We have had Spectrum (formerly Charter) for internet and email for well over a…read moredecade. Their app is okay, it's not the best app; however, the customer service are always beyond helpful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our Spectrum internet was erratic for a while, and the technicians came out to our house several times before actually fixing the issue. Our router crapped out once, and my husband had to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting in line to swap out the bad router with a new one. Any time we have had an internet outage, a phone call to Spectrum gets us set up with a refund for the internet down time, which is typically around $1.00 or so, and I don't bother with the calls much anymore. I like their text messaging system with which they advise you of both an outage in our area and the outage's resolution. That's nice information to have! Spectrum is crept up in pricing over the years and we recently switched to AT&T Fiber. For now, it's "so long" to Spectrum; however, it's nice to know they service our rural area should we need them in the future!

    Mom and I came to this location to get her new phone activated. The only available associate at the…read moretime was Chris. I explained that we needed to get the new phone activated and so we could return the other one. He began looking into the account and said this can't we returned (referring to the new case cover I had also brought in) in which I replied I am not here to return any accessories I'm here to activate this new phone so I can mail in the old one back. He then proceeds to say oh there's an activation fee to do that if you're not in the account. Never even cared to ask for my mom's ID to even check himself. I could tell from his vibe he did not want to help us so we left another location on harbor st. At that other location they were very welcoming and the associate there was very helpful in confirming that mom was associated with the account and no need to pay for an activation fee. All in all Chris was very Rude!! Do not got to this location on South Bristol st.

    I finally decided to breakup with my cell provider after several years of grueling & unreliable…read moreservice. Verizon was recommended by a handful of friends that said they were very pleased with their service. A new location was erected nearby my work so I decided to head over and see what options they had. The store is located on the first floor of a two story building in a small shopping center on the corner of MacArthur & Bristol. When I stepped inside, it looked clean modern and well appointed with accessory displays throughout. The associate was working with someone so I waited for about 10min or so. When she came over she apologized for the wait and I began to discuss cell phone plans. She offered some great plans which included internet as well! So not only was I breaking up with AT&T, I was breaking up with Spectrum, too! They offered a sweet discount on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, so I went with that. About 20min later, I had a shiny new iPhone and sparkling new cell service & internet to boot. I'm still working out some of the kinks of having new service on a new phone but all of that is par for the course. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and I'm hoping it will the start of a long & happy relationship.
