I replied, yes we've been waiting. She told me there's a note saying they had to cancel and they had gave me a call. I replied I never received a call and when did you call to cancel. She said 7:21 day of appt. I dont check emails first thing in the morning when I have 3 kids to feed and dress than still have to take to appt! An hour and a half before appt is poor communication! My son's doctor submitted a referral to TEAM 4 Kids on 10/28/25. After months of waiting, we…read morefinally completed a screening on 1/15/26, and an in-office evaluation was scheduled for 7/03/26. From the beginning, we made it very clear that Spanish is his primary language, and despite this, the appointment was still booked. On 5/06/26, we received a message stating that they do not have bilingual therapists available and that our in-office evaluation had been cancelled. No phone call was made to discuss alternative options, provide referrals elsewhere, or offer any guidance on how to continue his care. To have spent over six months waiting, only to be told at this stage that services cannot be provided, is extremely disappointing and has caused a significant delay in my son receiving therapy. I will be making his provider aware of this experience at his upcoming wellness visit so they can reconsider referring families to this practice in the future.

Like if it was a joke . You probably hear or said this things where parents don't have the knowledge to get it done or know what I can do to help my child more. I contacted the help support line and questioned my opinion when I asked if I can get a second opinion. They went off to say I have to wait a year or talk to the insurance. So they don't do second revise wasted my year evaluation waited for months and so I really hope this company takes care of their next clients this was a bad experience.
