It was a bit much and I thought it was a little funny. Now that I've been there a few times, I realized it's a toxic environment that only older generations would tolerate. They don't want workers to be of phones, but smoking outside I guess is fine. I bought a defective bottle of fix-a-flat. The middle-aged man, possibly manager, sent a woman out to do it for me. I'm sure if I were a man, this wouldn't have happened. It was very demeaning. I was there another time where a customer ahead of me was overcharged. Then I too, was overcharged. Her explanation was "That's how it rang up". I went there last night to get a couple beverages. One of the ladies was mopping. I apologized as I grabbed what I wanted. She sneared at me. Then I went to pay. I was about to put my loyalty info in the card reader, when I was interrupted saying "You have to buy at least $5 to pay by card" I told her no problem. I was just putting my info in. I am done being treated rudely. The Sunoco down the road is so much better and friendlier.

The clerks that work there rarely seem to care about it when it happens. Sometimes they apologize but most times they do not. Otherwise it is as you would expect a gas station.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have to go in because the pump isn't taking my…read moreloyalty cards and then proceeds to not take my payment card either. When I go inside, the store clerk, Cheyenne, proceeds to take the information from the pump. I then when I ask about loyalty, and if the fas rewards card is what is taken, and they him haw about it and ask, who I assume is the manager on duty. And then proceeds to come back and tell me it is for speedway, which it is not. Then when I ask if it is the fuel rewards, they don't know if it is or not, so I said I will see and try to input my phone number on the sale pad, and she reaches around and cancels because "If you put it in on that side, you will crash my system." So I roll my eyes and say okay, to which she responded "you can not have an attitude." I told her I wasn't, because I am allowed to be annoyed. The manager then says from the back, "Just refuse her service." Long story short, this was the worst experience from an EZ Mart and Associates that I have ever had. I'm upset at the unprofessionalism of these people and the manager.

I was traveling from Grand Rapids to Traverse City and my tire pressure warning came on about 10…read moremiles south of Big Rapids. I stopped at a gas station and filled the one tire that was low. It appeared there was a nail in the tire. I lost 3 PSI in 10 miles again so stopped in Big Rapids. Tried the chain right off the highway but they were a 2 hr wait. Called Big Rapids tire and they told me they could help me out right away. So friendly and quick! We were back on the road within a half hour! Can't begin to thank them enough for their assistance and friendly demeanor. A true local business that seems to care about their customers.
