Being from out of town, we didn't know anything about this hot local spot, or should I say "cold" spot, but the happy-looking crowd in the parking lot eating huge ice cream cones caught our eye so we circled back and went inside to check it out. The freezer cases were filled with a huge selection of colorful ice creams and very interesting flavor combinations, some with a local connection like Mackinaw Island Fudge and Michigan Pothole and Moosetracks. A nice older neighborhood store recently under new ownership. I was thrilled with the changes in…read morethe beginning. The remodeling and updates looked so great. A older gentleman always friendly, helpful and even ordered what I wanted when they didn't have it. Then employees were hired and not neighborly, welcoming, friendly or in the least bit interested in anything but the Bluetooth and conversation they are having that you interrupt to check out. People working the check out have always been friendly. I go there frequently for small items, photos printing, and flu shots.

I called the pharmacy to check if all 4 of my regular prescriptions were ready. They said that one…read morehad no more refills left and that they would notify my doctor. They said that they were notifying my doctor as I was on the phone with them. I explained that I was staying out of town and had to drive in to get them and needed all of them ready. 3 days later I was heading back into town. I called the pharmacy to check. My script was still not ready. I called my doctor and they were never notified. So my script was not ready and I am now back up north it's the weekend and I am out of my pills. Thanks for your excellent customer service your rude staff, your extremely slow service.
