However, nothing happened other than a close call, and the man, clearly known to the manager Kai, went to the register, very friendly to him, laughing and chatting, and then left the store. I then went to the register to check out and reported it to Kai. I even used the word threatened. He just said something like "awwww" but did nothing about it and didn't offer to report the incident. Kai normally is very friendly. Perhaps he does not realize what he needed to do if a customer reports feeling threatened under his watch. But I will not be going there again. UPDATE--I called Kai at the store and calmly explained the situation again. He apologized, but said if it is something "between customers" he does not get in the middle of it. I asked why, if he was manager on duty, that he would allow such activity in the store. He stated he misunderstood, and thought it was in the "parking lot," which, even if it had been, would in my view have been under his jurisdiction to intervene if needed. When they called and finally said the car was done after 4 o'clock, I came to pick up the car and they had only done the rear brakes claiming it was only for one axle (not all 4 brakes) and had charged $90 for an inspection which I DID NOT NEED. The service lady was extremely rude and did not budge at all even though I clearly explained that all I wanted was the job that was stated on the coupon to get done. Now I am out $530 for rear brakes when I dropped off my car to get all 4 brakes done for $395 like the coupon stated. I had got quoted $500 for all 4 brakes to get done from a reputable shop near me but figured I would use this coupon and that was a big mistake.

It's the cheapest gas within many miles. Is it worth a special trip? Probably not. Sometimes time is money too. Can you work it into your normal driving around? If yes, you should. I think most people could really benefit from eating in line for 5-10 minutes. Really. Drink some water, listen to some music, play a game on your phone. Keep on keeping on.

And now that they no longer do interiors, the service is definitely not worth the expense. I'm really bummed that they converted this place.
