Especially today I went in there at around 7:20 p.m. The girl that was working was very rude, I understand she's about to start mopping but when I came to the counter she just stood there just holding the mop staring at me as if she want to slap me or something just glaring at me. When she finally came up to the counter, I told her what I needed she never said a word just turned around very abruptly grabbed what I asked for pretty much slammed it down on the counter and just stared at me then she finally rang it up, again not a word just stood there staring at me until I went to pay. The only word I've gotten from this girl today is when I told her thank you and she did a very quick but sarcastic welcome " not even your welcome" just welcome, then just glared at me. I do believe that I'm going to start going to another store The service there is awful. Well except for at night when the older gentleman is working he's very helpful and nice.

I filled up and went inside for a rct. I also tried to get a fountain drink of the vitamin water. It dispensed only plain water. This is not the 1st time but the reaction to me was. I've just left the cup before. I told the clerk that the machine only dispensed water and I couldn't get what I wanted. I put my cup down and she said it was OK to keep that if I wanted. Then another female stepped up and gruffly blurted out "you have to charge her for that!" So I replied with the question, I have to pay for something I didn't really want? To which she said " yes, it's not my fault!" Wow! I told her it wasn't my fault either, I wanted what it said was in the dispenser. So I asked the other girl; who I believe was new there; how much was it? She said .52 and being thirsty I paid. I then told the other one, she would serve herself well in her position to take a course in "Customer service and how to speak to people". She sarcastically responded with a nasty thank you ma'am have a good day ma'am repeating herself several times. A hateful horrible attitude from the beginning. I didn't expect any better but I wanted to let her know I was on to her hateful nasty attitude. People there have always been curteous and professional, this one however clearly hates her job and should be replaced immediately. She is really bad for your business. As I was going back to my car I was so grateful to the sweetest most precious little girl that rolled her window down and said hello with a giant smile. Completely immediately restoring my faith that there are still good in this world. All be it a 4 year old who hopefully never let's her loose her brilliance and kindness to people like this one hateful clerk. It's not about the money. It was completely her attitude.

I'm all about positive reviews to help businesses, this place needs to step up the game... no discount with the rewards card that promised a few cents off per gallon, no biggie I got this... zero washer solution for windshield to be found anywhere, filthy pumps and surrounding area, trash everywhere....no gloves, sanitizer. Finally pushed receipt request at pump... haha, go inside to wait in line for your receipt ...not available at the pump..... Also, this was one of the pricier gas locations in the area....

Amanda who was working the drink station was extremely helpful and kind and asked questions to make sure that my son and I both received the exact drinks that we ordered. She was extremely happy and customer service orientated, she interacted with us while we waited for our drinks to be made. My son's smoothie was so good that he finished it prior to dropping him off at work. Highly recommend anyone to go this WaWa, customer service is a top priority which is hard to find at any location nowadays.

I stopped in to fuel up after acknowledging and ignoring my low fuel warning lamp several times…read moreearlier in the day and knowing there were some pretty desolate stretches of highway ahead of me as I made my way home. Of all the options on this end of town this station / convenience store appeared to be the least shady looking and well maintained. I prefer using Shell gasoline when I can find it and it seems with the invasion of the Circle K chain the old shabby Shell Food Marts seem to being disappearing at an alarming rate. This location on the corner of Route 19 and Dead River Road has plenty of pumps and the entrance and exit is relatively easy to maneuver and the products are competitively priced...
