I am a member of the Speedway Club and they have a special right now for every $25 Speedway gift card you buy you get a 500 points. So I tried to get a $300 gift card to fill up my RV and my diesel truck. I was told I couldn't buy a gift card because there was no manager on site. On top of that we had pulled around to front of the store instead of being able to use the truck side with our RV with our enclosed trailer which is almost 70 feet long because the truck side diesel pumps did not work. Unfortunately, this Speedway is one of the few convenient stores in the area that has decent fountain drinks. The people working there are nice and helpful but the store has a cleanliness issue. The bathrooms always are in need of cleaning as is the inside of the store. Even on the outside you can smell trash. I'm definitely not a fan of this store. read more

The cashier may not think she was being rude but she has an attitude, I've never seen her here so she must be new, she's got dreads in a ponytail and wearing a mask, had a very rude tone about taking change for gas, if she didn't like it she could have paid for it, it's embarrassing enough to have to pay for gas like that in public. When travelling through Wadesboro to Eastern NC, I have found that this is the best place to stop for gas. They typically have the cheapest gas. Normally I just pay at the pump, but on at least one occasion I went in for a soft drink. The employeeso I interacted with were very friendly. read more

Gas station part is pretty nice. Except the restrooms. They are only a single pooper per gender. The food seems fresh and the employees seem nice. There is also plenty of selection of snacks and drinks. My main part is the truck parking on the side. You lazy truck drivers need to park in a designated spot not a make a spot when there are plenty of spots just so your lazy fat butt doesn't have to walk an extra 15 ft to stuff your face a Burger King. And the speedway needs to make trucks move. There is no room for two rows of trucks. read more
