Spring is here! Nothing like the open road, wind, sunshine, and the smell of exhaust!…read more I used to shop at the original Cycle World back in the day. I didn't know what to expect with the Cycle World Superstore. Cycle World Superstore is not the same company as the old Cycle World, but they definitely cater to all your bikey needs as one of the larger motorcycle shops on the east end. They have a LOT of gear. Not only sportsbike gear, but cruiser gear as well. If you are a dude that wants to be decked out in all black everything, you won't be disappointed! The woman's section is well organized by size and they had some nice jackets. I saw a few older model jackets that I didn't expect to be kicking around (like 5 years old) I didn't see some of the newer jackets I wanted to try on, but it only takes a few days to order it in. I wasn't as impressed with their boot and glove selection though. However, they they had a great selection of helmets, if you like Shoei (yay) and Icon helmets (meh). A more limited selection of Arai helmets though. They had ladies Suomy helmets which actually really surprised me. So shiny and blingy! As for the bike showroom, it was much larger than expected and packed full of used bikes. They had a good range of beginner bikes and larger bikes, and a surprisingly large number of cruisers. They keep the super sports bikes at the front of the store. I found the service here helpful, but you have to do some work too. Prices are average, but I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of you. Great shop!

I have been to this place a few times and the sales representative there are amazing! They know…read moretheir motorcycle and was very friendly. They ended up giving me some great advice for purchasing my first motorcycle even though it was not them that I got it from. I went into the store at the service department to ask a few questions on motorcycle maintenance. This middle age lady with short hair greeted me with no respect. The first thing that she said to me was "what do you need". Then I asked her for a filter that would fit my motorcycle, she replies with a "are you stupid look" and says, "everyone who rides a motorcycle knows their this". I was so surprised on how she replied to me. She then tried to push me away and started saying "come back when you know which parts you want". This lady was no help at all! she was not doing her job! Few months later, just last week, I have decided to give this service department another try. I was greeted by the same lady. And just as I suspected, I get the exact same rude greetings again. This I I came in to book an appointment for an oil change. I tried to keep my conversation to a minimal with this lady since I did not want to get mad over her attitude. I asked her a question, "how long will this service take"? she replies saying, " i don't know, you can leave if you want". And she had that exact same "are you stupid" face. There is a saying, it takes years to get a good reputation from someone, but it once takes second for the person to ruin it. A great example is this place. They had great sales representative that helped me for two years, and this short hair lady ruined it. Cheers to this short hair middle age lady, Dale

Who knew Honda made scooters??!?! Not me, that's for sure. My first hand-me-down car was a Honda,…read moreand subsequently my second car is a Honda too, so I was definitely interested and excited to see what kind of scooters Honda makes... Upon walking in this store, it's apparent that Honda hasn't so much cracked the scooter business. The store has mainly motorcycles and big ass rigs. There was one scooter in the store, the Jazz. It's a 50cc scooter, a one person small engine scooter. The MSRP is almost $3000, so it's fairly pricey. For an extra $500 you can get a 150cc Piaggio Fly (same maker as Vespa), and for $500 cheaper ($2500) you can get the 50cc Piaggio Fly. The look of the Jazz is really nice, very Vespa looking. It's a nice looking bike with good finishes. Apparently women are their biggest clients when it comes to buying scooters - who knew?! The staff there were pretty helpful, very knowledgeable of their products. He wasn't pushy or anything, we asked our questions and then he left us alone. Other than scooters and bikes, they sold a lot of helmets. They have some really cool helmets, from bucket to 3/4 to full size.

Just wanted to share my bad experience with Suzuki of Newmarket (Blake and company)…read more I purchased used 2009 Yamaha waverunner from Suzuki of Newmarket in July 2015. I was told the machine is running perfect mechanically and I believed. I asked them to water test, but they refused it saying they are far from the water. I never thought that dealer like Suzuki of Newmarket can lie about the machine mechanical condition. I signed bill of sale and it stated no warranty provided. I took Yamaha to the lake next day and found that waverunner does not go more that 20 km/h. Took out from water and brought waverunner to a mechanic. The issue was with the supercharge clutch. It was destroyed. it cost me $1500 to fix it (parts and labor). I called Blake back asked him why he was doing this kind business to me and if he wants to help me solve my issue. Answer was I am not going to do anything. I trusted them, but as I can see from my experience never trust people. They are all about money. Ruining reputation is very quick, but build it takes a long long time. I don't think it is the right way of doing the business. I am saying to all my customers and friends to stay away from Suzuki of Newmarket. Not a trusted business. Never will do business with them in future. Stay away from them.
