I had a strict timeline for getting my car road worthy since I was planning a big road trip shortly after acquiring it, which they were able to meet however I did have an issue with one of the repairs while I was away in the US. After calling Jim's in a panic they assured me their work and parts did have a warrantee and there wouldn't be any out of pocket expense to me to get the car repaired again. The crew at Jim's especially Steph went above and beyond and would call the mechanic in the states to get updates on my car because he yelled at me every time I called him, and then handled payment for everything to fix the problem. As a side note I also purchased tires from the OK Tire next door to Jim's which they made very easy to do and were able to do to help get everything done on time for me at a better price than Fountain Tire in New Sudbury offered me. They got the colour, tint % and install all wrong. when I went back to have things corrected I was basically told "that's how it is", "you can't match factory tint", "I've never had anyone complain" there was no resolution other than to come back another day to have the tint removed and he refused to refund me my money. I ended up taking to another shop and had the job completed perfectly. The other shop knew it was Vipers horrible tint and install before I even said anything! I would avoid this place at all cost, there are other affordable places in town to get a really good job done for the same price.

Called Kal Tire (Sudbury, Falconbridge location) after Costco told me I would need all new winter…read moretires, and they were able to patch the one leaking tire and saved me hundreds of dollars. Previously, I had my summer to winter tires changed at Costco, and the next day had a flat tire. Went back to Costco, and they said there was something wrong with my *2 year old* winter tires and I would need all new ones. So I called Kal tire and they offered a great deal on winter tires, so I agreed to take the car in (at this point there was no way I was dealing with Costco). Well, Kal tires inspected the tires, filled them up, patched the one tire that was leaking, and I was on my way. Literally saved me over $800 by helping fix the one tire that had a small leak. I will definitely be going back, they were very candid and didn't try to upsell me at all. 10/10!!
