Please don't take a loan out with this company online. I have simply been trying to do a refinance…read moreand it has taken me over a week and it's still not done. Once I call to follow-up, they ask for documents that I send to them but in turn say we need these documents sent again. Always it is something they have already requested and they ask me to send again. I will be so glad when they are paid off and I don't have to deal with them again. Highly recommend to look elsewhere for a loan and not this company.

It seems like the majority of the banks here in Springfield are local affairs who treat their customers more like they are doing them a favor than anything else. At Chase they are very friendly and ask what they can do for you and not the other way around. I've been banking with them for over fifteen years and was really distressed when I moved to Springfield to find they didn't have one, so this new location is a welcome addition to this city.
