I walked in and was immediately greeted. They looked at the damage and said no problem, gave me a quote and said about 15 - 20 minutes. Waiting area was clean, they offered us a bottle of water and we watched tv. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Finding such amazing service is rare! At the end I was actually able to put the cost through insurance which they were more than happy to handle. No one likes dealing with car issues, it can be so stressful so knowing there's a place like MRM Auto Glass out there is a huge relief!

I suspect that the windshield has not been positioned properly. Everytime the car goes over a porthole, the windshield squeaks. 2) My rain sensor stopped working. After getting it checked at my car mechanic, I found out that glass doctor forgot to put a jell pad that goes between the windshiled and the rain sensor. Not sure how they can make such a mistake. I haven't got back to them for the squeaky noise, will give additional comments about the revisit experience.

This company through…read moreincomplete install caused water leaks through my window frames in my great room that I never had before and caused water stain damage to my expensive silhouette blinds and then they refused to fix it by trying to blame it on me. I had 13 window insert replacement done and a glass shower door install. The measurement on the first shower door that came was wrong and I had to wait days for the replacement which then ended up coming late that day due to incorrect shipment logistics from their store (it was heading to Ottawa and I'm in Toronto) . They also re and re'd my window inserts and did not silicon the corners causing water to pour in on the first big rain fall. They realized their fault and came out a couple days later to caulk the corners. Meanwhile they never chose to address what would happen with all the water that ran down my blinds. I videoed the water flow the day of the rainfall and you can see it running through my blinds. There are now light brown stains in the corner of my blinds and when I called them about it they blatantly chose to say I caused it....shameful business practice Colleen.

I decided to get my rustproofing and window tint done at Uniglass Ziebart on the recommendation of a family member. Jody, the owner, was friendly and helpful from the start. When I booked my appt, they had a special which included paint protection (a good coat of glossy wax). It was much cheaper than the gimmicky device my dealership was trying to sell me for rustproofing and the cost of their window tint. I have to take my car in to Uniglass Ziebart for annual rustproofing touchup so I have them re-apply the paint protection at the same time. Aside from some very minor surface rust spots, my car looks like brand-new. Every 2 yrs, I get an inner clean service which brings back the 'new car' smell. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Chrysta who has been really great. The inner clean and paint protection was approx. $270 with tax. Well worth it, in my opinion, especially because I'm going to enjoy car-payment-free months for many years (if I can help it) and this maintenance goes a long way.

I…read morehappen to have been at the shop the day Danny dropped off his pile of garbage, basically pleading with the team at AGP to work on it. Danny's pile of junk belongs in a scrap pile, not a shop. The truck was the worst hacked together project I have ever seen. This truck was dropped off at AGP while I was standing in the shop and it wasn't even drivable. The truck came in on a tow truck and wouldn't even hardly run. This weirdo was adamant about spending money on the truck and Nick told him he wasn't interested in working on it. The guys at the shop spent a couple hours of shop time and did 2 dyno pulls as per Danny's request. I was with Nick when he made the phone calls to this strange dude and told him to come pick up his truck. Nick explained to him that spending money on an engine that will never make power is not a great idea and the guy lost his marbles. If you see this weirdo around he drives a Black GMC 2 door Jimmy and lives in Barrie...often walking or on the bus tho as his junk doesn't normally run. He is often around the Barrie cruise nights so watch out for him...seriously weird cat. If you get a chance to actually go down and see the shop and the kind of cars this shop works on you will understand why this guy was disappointed and upset that AGP told him they we're not interested. AGP takes great care of my c5 corvette and I recommend them to everyone I speak to about their hot rod.
