After…read morereceiving over $12,000 in January for contracted work at our church, he has failed to complete the job. Despite multiple attempts by my husband and one of our board members to reach out, he only stopped by sporadically--running a few wires and hooking up televisions the church had already purchased. As a small church, we extended grace in hopes he would follow through on the work he agreed to and signed a contract for. Sadly, that has not happened. It now appears he believed we had no recourse, but we will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter. I cannot in good faith recommend Keith or his business to any church. In fact, we feel it is necessary to inform other churches in our organization throughout Michigan about our experience so they can avoid a similar situation.

He was a very nice gentleman and was very passionate about his work. He stayed longer than the time he had scheduled, did a great job of hyping the crowd and had an excellent selection of music. He was also very accepting of the fact that the couple showed up late and that everything was susceptible to change, he did not get frustrated or let it bother him. When we met the day of our event she and her assistant were super kind and easy to talk to. They got set up quickly and we didn't have to worry about anything bar wise the entire event! When they had down time they cleared empty drinks and restocked. When it came time to clean up they handled all the alcohol for us so all we had to do is load the extra into our car. They had the most realistic and kind Santa we've even taken out kids to. The wonderful staff took many photos during your child(ren)'s visit with Santa, edited them and emailed them to you all for free. They had treats for all their guests and even a table with coloring activities as well as a wish list to fill out for Santa. All complete with a mailbox outside to the North Pole for Santa to read their wish list and write the children back. Absolutely an amazing event that we were so thrilled with.
