Firm participates in the practice of cold calling as means to advertise seminars and actively continues to mail and call after removal was requested. These seminars are the same every time, from the Attorneys 'jokes', questions and everything else that was said. Once you get into the office you see how the Attorney running the seminar talks to and treats his staff, and everything is a sales pitch once his office door closes. I'd say maybe it's time to lay this business of death to rest.
