So a young lady came and opened a register but instead of taking customers from the line that was not moving she decided to take customers from the line that was. I am very patient by the way but there seemed to be confusion at the register, but I felt like it would be solved any minute now, so I stayed because I was next. So after 10 minutes I suggested she take customers from my line which means I should have been next. However, she ignored me. Manager was in the front and didn't even say anything. The staff even did the "needle slam" and shook the tree to show the needles were fully intact. Quick and easy. Wrapped the tree in netting for us and loaded it in the truck. Trees in Los Angeles and Santa Clarita were going for $140+ for the same spruce/fir. These were $60. Worth it for a little extra drive outside of LA.
