Yes it is just a pharmacy, but one jam packed with all you would expect from a well stocked chemist. However what you probably didn't expect to find is the consistently changing gift selection you will find here. As well as perfume you will find trinket boxes, photo frames and sparkling costume jewelery. Perfect for that present you forgot to pick up during trading hours. The staff here are very approachable and friendly and you can get your prescription filled in quickly. What else do you need from a chemist? How about those yummy jelly beans, they really do cure all ailments, and yes you can get them at Frost's.

On the same day we returned the item and had to wait till today for the store manager/pharmacist to contact madella. He states that there is nothing wrong with the unit and I am not entitled to a refund or store credit. I pleaded with the pharmacist that this unit was not suitable for my wife as it didn't do the job for her. The pharmacist was adamant that he will not give us a refund or store credit. He was very rude and showed no understanding or reasoning. Hes attitude was very poor towards my wife and I. This guy has no idea how to treat customers, especially mothers with children. Please do not shop there. They are only interested in your money and not your health. This guy should be sacked. If this is how all Chemist Warehouses are, then we should all unite and black ban them for extremely poor service, rudeness and no sense of compassion. We are now out of pocket approx $200. Thank you very much.

Refuse to sell stock to customer, reason is that the customer enter his shop twice in 30 min, but the truth is they actually just arrive there, Asked him to check the security camera to show the evidence, but he is too coward to check. He was Saying that "Why should i need to check", thats what a "Very professional" manager would do to customer. He is actually blind (that scared to check the evidence) and deaf (that doesn't listen to customer's voice). Thanks to that "Very professional" manager at Chemist warehouse Heidelberg Branch that he might be racialism and treat customers unfairly. thanks to the "Very professional" manager who gave us very "good" customer experience at Chemist warehouse Heidelberg Branch. We will then try to share to everyone else. Hey "dear" manager at Chemist warehouse Heidelberg Branch, you don't need to thank me for it.

The other staff here are very friendly and helpful and will greet you within seconds of entering the store. Well, the store is pretty small so it would be hard for them not to really, but I still appreciated it. The pharmacy offers free safe syringe disposal containers and also offers free disposal on site. It is quite a busy place and people are constantly running in and out to get prescriptions, pick up some shampoo or have a chat about various medical ailments. There is a great community feel in there and I enjoyed my visit. My only criticism is that the area of the store with hygiene products, umbrellas and little gifts was a little messy and dusty.

How nice it seems they are to their regular customers, although I'm not sure how the woman fared once alone and back on the street. The pharmacy itself feels slightly barren, with only a couple of lonely shelves in the middle of the store and most of the products lined up along the walls. It's got a smaller range of goods than most, but appears to cover all the basic pharmacy bases. It's also got that really generic and old looking office carpeting that makes everything feel a bit forgotten. Nonetheless, the place is clean. The prices are within the average, and the staff are friendly but follow you around the room with their eyes in a way that's slightly disconcerting. Nonetheless, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt due to their kind treatment of the other customer.

Let's talk about the service... It's great. Always helpful and attentive, the staff here are lovely. The pharmacist will treat you like his kid, dispensing practical advice and reminding you about any contraindications you ought to be aware of. I recently went in needing some make-up and the woman took me through all the products and suggested a couple of new ones I hadn't tried before. I was really impressed with this "old fashioned" service which you don't often find in the modern era (makeup seems to be increasingly the domain of big department/specialty stores). Her product knowledge was excellent and I've been really impressed with the products she suggested.

The thing that's really great about Dounias is the staff. Everyone who works in here are so nice and friendly and chatty, all in a very lovely way, not pushy or intrusive. I got it home and neither my boyfriend or I could figure out how to work it -- it appeared to be faulty. Today, 9 days later, I found some time to take it in and return it. The lady took it behind the counter and dipped it in hot water and was trying to show me how it does in fact work. I still couldn't see where the mercury line was and she was proclaiming that it was very thin but indeed there. I said I could not see the line and assumed it was faulty, and would like to return the thermometer. She refused, saying it was indeed working and that refunds had to be within 7 days anyways (which is not stated on the receipt). During this whole process she was very rude and demeaning. Just tested it again upon getting home and it STILL DOES NOT WORK. You would think for $5.95 she would just return it -- as now she's lost my business and hopefully this review will deter others from shopping there too.

When I asked her "which one was better?" I couldn't get an answer from her. I had to make my own "choice" which means her "advice" was practically useless as it didn't tell me anything! When I had an excrucriating pain in my rib, which was badly bruised, I brought in a script which she was unable to fill because she had run out of stock. I asked her to call my doctor to get me a script for an alternative painkiller but she refused! (I did have the script but had temporarily misplaced it.) I walked out , never to return again.
