She does a thorough stretch before and after the workout and focuses on strength Mon and Wed then cardio Tue and Thu. When I have a week off, I notice the pain is worse and I can't wait to start up again. Its nothing like going to the gym by yourself and doing the same routine over and over. Kelly shakes it up and has something different every day which is truly what we should all be doing. I do have to modify but I can never quit. Even though I hate waking up so early and many days want to just stay in bed, I know I will not regret getting up and moving with Kelly's bootcamp workout.
