They also added cross hatching that I said I didn't want. I now have a massive blob on my back, that looks nothing like the peice I took in. I've had it for 10years because they refused to do anything to help my situation, I do not trust anyone to fix it and will have a massive scar from it if its lazered as my skin is raised and scared. I went to the shop to talk to them about it and they took me into an empty room & the manager and the tattoist had a go at me. intimidated I left and haven't dared go anywhere to get it fixed and have had really bad image issues. I have spoken to a friend who managed tattoo parlers around the UK who was appalled. She said on the rare occasion this has happend they have payed for tattoo removal as it is the ethical thing to do!

I found the place to be very clean and professional. My tattoo took slightly longer than estimated and therefore I got the overtime needed to complete the piece for free. They have toning tables to help you keep fit, and offer massages, facials, skin care, slimming products, spray tans, waxing, manicures, piercing, and the list goes on... pop along or check out their website for a full list of what's available. Their prices are also very reasonable, and would be cheaper than anywhere in the city centre making it worth popping along to Fishponds. If you are after an aerobics gym that's women only, instead of being surrounded by men, then its also a great option as they have classes and gym equipment on the upper floor that you can have access to. The bar was put in and was too long, which I advised of at the time. I was told that it was absolutely fine. When sitting flush against the outside of my nose (where it should be) it touched the inside of my nose, and it's natural position is sticking out of my nose by a few centimetres, which looks ridiculous. It has also caused two separate infections, with a lot of puss and blood coming out of the piercing). I have tried to get a resolution from the manager with no luck whatsoever, I recommend avoiding this place of you want a decent job done with your piercing (as you'd expect from a professional service).
