After I got there, a guy came out to tell me my receipt was in the bag attached to the chair. Later, my surrounding neighbors got loud and I couldn't relax (not The Beach Service's fault) so I called to ask them to move it and the guy (who was friendly) was there in 15 minutes to move it. I would've moved it myself except the umbrella is drilled about 1.5 feet into the sand. I'd use them again and recommend them to friends!
