had my appointment last Sunday and I was expecting delay due to the lockdown measures and decreased frequency of the transport but the cleaner was on time. she was very friendly and asked me to show her what exactly I wanted cleaned. I also requested that she brings cleaning products because my order was for a deep clean and I wasn't sure if my products at home would be enough for that. she had brought everything with her and also showed me the right product for cleaning each specific area that I didn't know how to clean. the cleaning took longer than I expected but she explained to me that since it's a deep cleaning she needs to pay extra attention to details and maybe even clean an area few times to get rid of every last spot which made sense. it was definitely a huge bonus that she spoke english very well and we could communicate without getting lost in translation. at the end she showed me around to check if everything is all right so we can fill out the after cleaning report. I got a real sense of professionalism from her but at the same time very easy and comfortable to talk to and voice my concerns. I had the most incredible experience with Spic and Span cleaning service yesterday. The cleaner that came to us was super polite, sweet, and professional. I normally feel a bit awkward with someone else in my home cleaning, especially while I am home working on my computer at the same time, but with her I felt entirely comfortable and happy. She was excellent. Our apartment is now pristine--gorgeous, spotless, and amazing. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My husband and I are currently fostering two cats, own a dog, have both been working from home, *and* have both been feeling under the weather for the last few weeks, so things really piled up and the apartment was in a frankly embarrassing state. Our cleaner was very thorough--she managed to stay within the 3.5 hour window we had booked for her but still somehow got everything absolutely sparkling clean. I was visiting a friend in paris when I used their service,We had a party in the apartment and as you know the day after is usually consumed by a lot of cleaning. We ordered their last minute cleaning service and were amazed! The customer support agents recommended us with number of hours and they were very responsive and nice. As you know ordering a service online is kind of hit or miss but spic and span was really a hit for us! The associates showed up on time with all the necessary equipment for the cleaning. I have been using this service for quite a few weeks. The cleaners do change sometimes without notice, but I've found them all efficient and diligent. I pay per hour, so there's no 'surprise charge' and they've all gotten about the same amount of stuff done. I like that this service is not a subscription and doesn't require me to pay far in advance. Their customer service is easy, and always reply to my emails quickly.
