It's the biggest buffet I've been to and I loved it here However I have to criticize that the sushi is not the best and they're hardly any vegan/vegetarian dishes. Also I dont like any of they're fried food as (e.g. French Fried, Nuggets, tempura etc.) it tastes slightly rubbery and soft (as if only heated Up and not actually fried) Other than that the restaurant is perfectly fine and especially fun with groups

Draught beers include Tetleys smooth and Skol which I can highly recommend!. The food was so spicy yet not overpowering which was pleasant. Overall I can say that I will be using the Restaurant as often as I can. Next time i go i will take some pictures.

Garlic Chilli Chicken was the standout dish for me, it is a spicy dish but did not overpower the excellent flavour. I would recommend it for spice lovers. The decor is street themed and has some trendy iconography which adds to Papadoms unique style. Service was excellent and menu options explained for new customers who have not dined in Papadoms before. Each menu item has a spice range of 1-4 spice range. Price wise, for 3 dishes, you're looking at £25 per person on the food alone. So depending on your appetite, it could cost quite a bit but it is worth it!

On arriving home I found one of the sandals to be loose fitting and decided to return them to the Sunderland store where I live with the intention of visiting the restaurant. However, I was refused a refund on the grounds that this store do not sell mens shoes, which I was unaware. I was informed I would have to return them to Durham, which would not be cost effective as the cost of the sandals was just £15. I pointed out that the receipt had stated that any unworn/unused item could be returned at any BHS store with a receipt within a month. This was not accepted. I then visited the restaurant and when I went to pay, I was told that cash only was accepted as the till was not working. This was not a problem for me but my 20% discount could not be accepted because of it. I have shopped at this store for many years and have never had a shopping experience such as this. I am a respectful, reasonable person and believe I should have been accorded the same at the customer services desk which sadly was amiss.

The food is very tasty and seems very clean. Prices are standard as to what you pay anywhere a selection of beers ,wines and spirits. The staff are very friendly and nice. They do takeaway which is good as takdir is a restaurant first and then a takeaway so its standard s are a lot higher than a just a take away. They have won awards for there food and it is highly recommend you go and try it. I got chatting to one of the lads there and he said Steven Taylor from Newcastle united football club gets in there which he did seem genuine about and Taylor does come from just up the road.
