Although, this past visit I was a bit too excited to say "Ja, scharf bitte." Which is, "yes, spicy please!" and oh boy did the cook deliver. Ha ha. It was a tad bit too spicy for me but I was able to handle it just fine. I usually get light to mittel spice level with my dish but I was feeling brave. The food is absolutely delicious, filling, and you will be taking some home. It does reheat well the next day. There is street parking only and its hidden in the back neighbourhoods of Neumarkt. It's clean, a nice size, and great for family/groups/kids.

I ordered the crispy duck with morel mushrooms, only it came with wood ear mushrooms. Now, you may say mushrooms are mushrooms... then you've never had morels. I ordered this dish specifically since it said morels... it was still delicious. I've never been so disappointed with a dish that tasted so good. I should have know given the time of year. Last disappointment, they don't take AmEx. Nothing around here does... Wonderful touch of a glass of plum wine gratis at the end.
