I ordered mozzarella sticks (we don't have that as an option back home), chicken selects and fries. For sauces I chose garlic mayo, sweet curry, and sweet chili. Everything was delicious. We was recommended to go to this place as it was cheaper than most places around and was popular. Now it's cheaper for a London take away. £6 for chicken shawarma and chips which is half the price in Birmingham. But the food was so good. Chicken was breasts instead of mixture of different parts of chicken thrown together. So the quality was really excellent and portions was nothing to complain about. Was worth the price. It was so good we went back again after the match for another meal and they were about to close soon so they kept giving us free sausages and kept it coming till we said no thanks. They were very nice people and had remembered us from earlier. All that was left unsold they kept giving it to us and whoever was inside eating. Really impressed by it, most places would resell it next day. Anyways, this place is amazing and definitely know where to go next time I'm around there.

It has the best kebabs, the burgers are tasty and of a good size portion. The meals come in big portions which I can never finish. The service is quick for freshly made but not too quick that you question whether the food is freshly made or not. The staff are very efficient. The food is always freshly cooked and as Mohamade has said they will give the leftovers in the evening to the customers for free rather then keep it, heat it up and serve it the next day which is always a win in my book as I know it is freshly made and they are not throwing food away. When visiting Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, Pinewood Studios for X-Factor and you don't want to go to a restaurant then definitely come here!!

You can only get take-away from here which is made within a very short time. There's a small seating area with magazines on a table and a tv on the wall if you want to occupy yourself while waiting. A young man was at the counter when I came to order food. He was on the phone and being quite rude by ignoring me. An old lady, who was probably the manager, kept on nudging him to finish the call (it was not a customer on the other end of the line) to take my order and when he did he typed something completely different into his computer. I told him to correct the order and be more customer-friendly. He also gave me wrong change, so I reminded him to correct that as well. Apart from that (and I have no problem dealing with such people), the food was well-done and tasted great. The portions were big enough to feel full afterwards and the veggies and meat tasted very good. If you want some fast food and are hungry for Chinese, this place is very nice if you can deal with the person behind the desk. ;)

I tend to either get the hot or the extra hot depending on my mood I guess. I am glad I went for the hot on this occasion as it really was so hot, I dread (and yet at the same time salivate at) the thought of the extra hot here! My chips were very hot (in temperature not in taste) which was a good job as while they cooled down, so did my mouth. My visit was soured a little by other customers, specifically a group of 4 teenagers constantly grunting into mobile phones. Firstly I had to wait over 5 minutes for them to order their food, but apparently that was not enough time to get their message across as while I was trying to order my food they were coming back and inconsiderately butting in to order things they had forgotten. Until this encounter I thought I was still too young to tut, sigh and mutter the youth of today!!

It is a few doors away from the truly excellent 'Best Mangal' Turkish Ocakbasi and when that place has been too busy or I have just felt like a kebab in Pita, as opposed to village bread I have gone here if in West Kensington. The Lamb Shish is perfectly acceptable if not up to the aforementioned competition. The Chilli sauce is a fresh one that has a decent kick and a rich tomato flavour. The Pita is always fresh and the salad is OK if a little basic. The Mixed Donner I had recently for the first time from these guys was fairly standard but hit the spot at the time. The Lamb Donner roll has that familiar taste (Park Royal?) and they cook it well but perhaps slice it too thick for my personal preference. The Chicken Donner was a little dry on this occasion but mixed with the Lamb ended up balanced. The chips are usually good. It is also worth mentioning the prices are the same if you eat in as well as take away so if you are not local or it is raining the choice is nice. The service is very good - always fast and friendly. If you prefer the minced lamb Donner to the cuts of meat Schwarma style than this is a fair destination in the North End Road area.

It was always a great takeaway, but now after years of consistently good food and a refurb it's now become a very nice restaurant, which has become part of the movement to smarten up the NW2 area. Walm lane has been run down for years, with lots of shops closing, replaced with money lending & charity shops - so it's nice to see shop owners taking pride in what they do. The food is great, they always did a great lamb shish - juicy, tender and mouthwateringly good, but now it's even better, presented on an oval plate, with side salad and soft turkish bread in a basket. You also have two small bowels of Garlic sauce & chilli sauce. Their prices have gone up in tandem with the refurb, but i must say the price increase is worth it. The food presentation is better, the restaurant seating area is large and whilst a little kitsch, has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and pretty quick to serve you. All in all a great experience.
