I ended up at one of them when my friend decided there was nothing better to do after dinner. Being on the lakefront I thought of Lake Tahoe. Well guess what? It is kind of like that. Being on the border, attracting folks from three different countries nearby and nationalities from all over Europe. Wearing a jacket at 3am is a surreal thing but according to my friend it's serious business and they try to maintain a level of civility. So surprisingly, it's pretty quiet.

I was charged 3 times for the same meal. Mistakes happen, but the response was extremely frustrating. It took almost a month to organise the refund. I had to email them again and again to follow it up. And when it finally came through, they short changed me - not by much, but on principle, given the inconvenience of it all, it was quite insulting. There was no offer of my service fee back or any kind of compensation. An abysmal disregard for good quality customer service. As for other comments, the food was average and probably overpriced. The waiter asked for a tip before I'd even had a chance to offer one. No wifi. The only genuine positives are the free parking and the view of the water. Find somewhere else.

I'm a bit slow with numbers, especially when I'm gambling with real live money, so sometimes I freeze and freak out. We were playing black jack and this lady was very nice to me. She even added the numbers in English if I needed her to... but most of the time I was ok. haha! There's no smoking here and everything is very very clean. The bathrooms are also lovely. Like I said, I've only been to a few casinos, but this one left a nice impression on me and I'm sure I'll come back again. Die Leute sind hier patient und freundlich.
