Truly amazing classes/studio/coach. I guess I am biased because I am definitely addicted!! I love the fact that you can get an intense workout in a 45 minute class- we can burn 600-700 calories depending on the class. Every time you go to the studio, it is a different class- each with great music that makes you feel like you are partying/dancing your way to fitness. The bikes are really special too... Nothing like what you see in gyms or spinning centres... These tilt form side to side which means you really work your core muscles too, which makes it really interesting for men and for women...
