Thankful to locals that explained how it works. If you are a first time visitor make sure you keep your eyes open for people leaving from the back, there are several booths located where you won't see if they are empty, so walk back and check, it is self serve seating, no hostess. If you want to sit at the bar you don't have to wait on line. The area where the booths are located gas a mural that goes along all the walls even into the restroom area...really cool. Coffee is hot and fresh served in cups that reminded me of the blue speckled tin camping mugs we used when we camped, but hard plastic. FYI coffee is .45 during breakfast hours, yes that is right .45 not a typo. My omelet and hash browns were great, lots of veggies and sausage and the hash browns were extra crispy like I asked.
