I was a patient here straight from a knee surgery and they were vital in my healing process. The staff, which are all PTs (maybe one student), are all so intelligent and great at teaching exercises with both effective instruction and compassion. The environment here is very welcoming and positive! I love that I can come in here and exit feeling motivated towards my goals ! Each Physical Therapist here is GREAT! Extremely unprofessional. What doctors office doesn't have a phone you can contact them on? They…read moremake you contact them via text message, all to take several hours or even days to respond. This is not a professional business what so ever the constant run around have really struck a nerve in my brain. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. These people have hit me up (via text message) and told me that they have an open slot an hour later on SEVERAL occasions, expecting me to be there on short notice when I live almost an hour away. Never even got the chance to set up a real appointment. If my children need assistance, why must this place make it so difficult for them to receive that assistance from what's supposed to be a professional place. RIDICULOUS. This place is extremely unprofessional I can't say it enough. If I could give zero stars I certainly would.

Facility was clean and the girl at the front desk was nice (the first time) went in for a drug…read morescreen and the medical tech told me my urine didn't smell like urine so he wasn't accepting my specimen. - (for the record I'm a vegetarian and I'm fasting right now so only fruit and water is my current diet) I've never been able to smell my own urine and as a woman we can smell ourselves before the next person and I've never had a strong urine smell because I'm a clean eater. Anyways he told me I needed to go eat something to make my urine smell which is all over weird to me because who is just smelling peoples urine??? That made me extremely uncomfortable but he said he wouldn't push the refusal through and to just come back ...so I did what he said and when I came back the girl at the front desk clearly didn't know he told me to come back and was getting a little rude because I tried to redo my drug screen but needed a new code I explained to her he hadn't pushed it through and I guess she caught an attitude so I asked the speak with the tech that helped me in the first place....he came out and said "I'm sorry I tried to everything in my power to not push it through but I had to refuse it, call your employer and have them send you another code." So because my urine didn't smell I was inconvenienced and by the grace of God my employer sent me another code for me to redo my screening (which they weren't obligated to do) but I have go back to this weird ass place and I'm annoyed because there's a high chance my urine wont have a smell again. All I can say is I hope they pay them well to be out here smelling peoples urine because ain't no way in hell am I putting my nose up to a cup someone peed in. I've NEVER experienced this before when doing a drug screen. Very much weird and uncomfortable.
