Worst experience with delivery an installation I have ever had. They broke my microwave while installing it and never said a word. I called to inform them they installed it wrong. Another crew came out realized the microwave was damaged. Then I went through a week of trying to get a replacement microwave so they could install the new unit. They then showed up a half hour before the delivery window and left. I am currently trying to get them back to my house to finish the installation. If negative 0 was an option I would have chosen that. Waited all day. I called and they said there were 2 more delivery's before mine, I waited another 2 hours and they call me at 7pm to tell me "they had to pull the truck" earlier today which is a lie. Then they tell me they can't reschedule it for Monday because that truck was full - but didn't have a problem bumping me off on my delivery day. Rude and unhelpful. read more
