Absolutely terrible service, no communication, did not deliver refrigerator, did not haul off old one, hired through Lowe's and they LEFT mid service and would not return phone calls. $500 worth of food left out on counter to ruin. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a washer. Spirit was suppose to deliver it between 11am-3pm. Something happened and they got behind said it would be 9pm before they could get to us. At 330 they were TWO streets over. We were never notified that they weren't coming between 11/3 we had to reach out to them. At 800 they were maybe 30 min out. tried to call to see why they have yet to show and again with out notifying us. They are closed. I don't see how they are in business. read more
