Now, it's slowing transitioning into a pop store and less about what they were originally about (Is that a Justin Bieber shirt I see??) BTW Hot Topic... At least at this location, there aren't a million things cluttering the aisles so badly that you can't even walk through. The staff on the floor is always busy merchandising, but they will stop to help if you ask. The lines can get crazy, but they call in all the cashiers and usually get through the rush in a reasonable amount of time (not during the holidays, when it's naturally a little busier). The cashiers are friendly and efficient and this is one of my favorite place to shop for home decor and other things that I don't need. ;)

I'm not complaining about the people...I'm complaining about the stocking going on while the store is packed and those huge product bins in almost every aisle and path. Seems with the amount of Saturday business and even the registers being backed up to the furniture section, you can get the stock bins out of the way and to the back staging area. Clear the aisles for that amount of people WITH carts and children.
