He spoke to the manager and he told him no as well. I called and tried to have this rectified on the phone with the main office . They also refused and refused to let me speak to ma supervisor. So they basically ripped off my son of $100. I think it is very unfair to take advantage of people especially in this day and age. Tons of prosthetics and fake blood, dyes, wigs, etc. There is a special downstairs section where big time productions like SNL often rent costumes and props. They have entire sections of specialized apparel ranging from zombie to cop to dominatrix and BDSM. Steam punk, cowboys and country, retro 50s, 60s hippies, 70s. Anything you need for Halloween, plays/shows/productions, or events, you can find it here. Tons of people to help at every corner of the store, and all are attentive and kind. Also a lot of photo ops around the store, including a Heath Ledger joker, various Child's Play alum, Art the Clown, Michael Myers, and a ton of other huge animatronics and props.

When I showed the owner, she didn't believe me and asked me to bring my daughter in. Instead, I FaceTimed my husband and her showed them the bald spot. After trting To conve me that this never happened before and talking in their native language, the gave me $70 out of the $130 that I paid, claiming that they "didn't have cash" when they could have easily went to the ATM! I will be posting this EVERYWHERE until they take full responsibility and refund me the rest of the money.

The balloons are not well filled with helium. They hit the floor in a couple of hours. They don't stay up long enough to take a pic. They are filled uneven. Over priced. I work too hard for bad service.
