I was told the item would arrive by Thursday or Friday, and that I could call or text her anytime. However, immediately after I left and paid, my messages started being ignored. I was told she couldn't respond due to "the energy," which felt unprofessional. She later called on Friday saying the shipping was delayed. We agreed I would come by Sunday. On Sunday, I texted ahead and then drove there, only to be told the item still wasn't ready and needed to be placed in the sun, with further delays blamed on the weather. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to continue and requested a refund. She has refused to issue a refund and is now ignoring my messages entirely. At this point, she is keeping payment for a service that was never provided. I would strongly caution others to be careful. This experience involved poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and a refusal to take accountability. I would not recommend doing business here. I even went to the police to get my money back and she still refused to issue a refund for a service not provided.
