She seemed a LITTLE stuck up, I think it was just her attitude a little bit? I thought that the cards did not seem too stocked though (maybe only 2 cards left for each card I took a look at). There was also many rows where there were no cards at all (maybe that was where they had the Valentine's Day cards previously?) It was nice to see that all the Valentine's Day items were 50-75% off! The other cashier was nice, but her attitude just seemed... a TAD off as well? Not sure where it was... but she was okay. I definitely like this location though!

There's a couple shirts I liked in there but this one pictured was my favorite. I may go back and get more. There were two ladies in there explaining some of the store to us and about an NFL player that recently visited because he purchased something for his mom. I preordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's day from this location. When I went to pick it up, my order was not there. I showed them my confirmation to prove I submitted the order for this location. Somehow, they filled it at another location. They were able to give me something similar, but there was no apology and they couldn't include the message I requested. Would be nice for them to confirm orders, but they don't send any other messages after an order is placed.

The product that they are turning out here is fantastic and if you're unhappy with an arrangement or it fades too quickly, they will replace it with no hesitation due to their guarantee policy. I come at least once per week/every other week as I leave a bouquet of flowers on my sister's grave nearly every weekend. What's changed recently I feel is the level of customer service. I had been returning to this store for so long because I truly enjoyed the florist there Geoff. I haven't seen him in quite some time - not sure if he relocated or left the business - but the new staff doesn't have the same professionalism, kindness or presence that he had. It really makes a difference! I'll keep returning in the hopes that I see him again soon - everything he crafted was so beautiful and I just haven't had the same quality of product or experience since. The place just doesn't seem as taken care of or clean as it was when we used to see him there. I hope he's okay! He truly made this store special.
