When i got the call i explained my situation and was told to send some documents for review. i had 20 min left for consult to go over when she received. Again no update. I texted that Wednesday and no response. I asked for a partial refund since i paid 300 for 1 hour and was denied. She didn't want to hear any reasoning or background information on why I was presenting certain things. She also told me that I need to go to therapy to learn how to stand up to my ex. I could hardly explain myself and my thoughts fully because this woman was coming at me as if I wasn't the one trying to pay her thousands of dollars. She told me that I was trying to be just as controlling as my son's dad when my only concern was with his safety. I didn't realize that wanting my child to be in a safe environment was controlling. She argued with me about things I had said when she had obviously misunderstood because she would not let me explain anything. In order to cover herself for the terrible service she provided, she had me speak to her receptionist/paralegal? I'm not sure of her exact job title, but she isn't the apparent "highest rated attorney" that I paid to speak to. "To make sure I get my moneys worth" is what she claimed. I should have gotten my $350 back and walked away immediately.

Both Kevin Lambert & Patricia Gomez were aware that the money used to file for bankruptcy was all I had. I found out my vehicle was never even scheduled for delivery per my creditor and the attorney didn't get back to me until a WEEK later. By that time his best advice was to pay to refile. The vehicle was necessary in order for the Ch. 13 repayment plan to be successful. Little Timmy suggested I pay the fees to get it out of repo even though this was not the information I was given prior to paying the fees to file for bankruptcy and both Kevin & Patricia were aware of my financial situation and had informed me that any delivery or fees associated with the repossession would be included as part of the repayment. They failed to communicate in a timely manner, failed to provide me with correct information and were even blatantly dishonest in regards to informing me the vehicle had been scheduled for home delivery and as a result my case was dismissed. They failed to take any responsibility for their shortcomings and instead blamed me for not paying the fee to get it out of repo despite not having the money and being told any fees would be included as a part of the bankruptcy repayment. They then blamed me for the Ch. 13 being dismissed as a result of not getting in paperwork when it was irrelevant because without the vehicle I had no way to follow through with the repayment plan. These individuals hide behind ego and believe that they can get away with this type of behavior. Do not use this firm for bankruptcy. I was not unfamiliar with bankruptcy yet they did not do right by me and as a result it left me in a far worse position. They ripped me off and they will be held accountable.
