The beach is relatively close by but one can also swim from the rocks by the light house. Very friendly service. The hotel is cosy and they have excellent air condition in the rooms. Breakfast is good and coffee is made freshly to your liking. A good base to travel from to other near-by Garda towns.

No clocks in the room. No body wash or conditioner in the shower. Oh, they control the A/C and the heated towel rack from the front desk. Only 1 Bluetooth outlet in the entire room. Found out there are only 3 English channels on TV after going through 999 channels. No printed channel guide is available. For breakfast, scrambled eggs in the bin were so runny and undercooked, they were virtually inedible. The bacon was undercooked and greasy. The service staff only seemed to be there to remove used dishes. If you requested anything else they seemed to have an attitude and they took their time getting anything you want for you. You're much better off trying to help and serve yourself. If you arrived at breakfast after 9am good luck as they don't bother to replenish empty trays. Some of the pastries look good, but are tasteless and dried out. As a side note, my wife ordered a pina colada at the bar one evening and it was not to her liking. She hesitantly told the bar tender who took offense instead of just asking what can I make you instead. My wife wound up apologizing to him for hurting his ego/feelings. He finally agreed to make her a different drink, but not before complaining to other staff members in Italian which was extremely rude. All in all this Hotel leaves a great deal to be desired.
