My only complaint about this restaurant was that I definitely bought my appetite and after sometime, I noticed that the staff stopped coming to the table with the prime cuts of meat, but would only come with the less desirable cuts this didn't bother me too much because I definitely ate more than my fair share lol. Pavão Azul is famously known for their bolinho de bacalhau. It was perfectly crispy fried on the outside and the inside was filled with bacalhau which is otherwise known as cod. Its good on its own, but also very tasty with squeezed lime juice or with the use of the pimenta no azeite which is a chili pepper olive oil that I fell in love with during my entire stay in Brazil and had to have it on everything if it was available where I went. I also tried this drink we had a bottle of to share with the group - I believe it was called coquito which came in an old Smirnoff bottle. It is a milk cream drink - vodka, coconut milk, and condensed milk. I did not think I was going to like it as I don't care for milky or creamy things, but I do like trying new things and I really wanted to embrace everything while I was traveling. I ended up liking it, haha. It was not bad and I would try it again if I had the chance. This place was packed and very busy! We were there on a Thursday night.
